Mega cool event for the basketball team from Ulm, great service, quick processing, absolutely recommendable advice and helpfulness throughout the entire stay, the beds were very large and comfortable, the location was very convenient for the excursions, walk to the city center in 10 Minutes, the pool was very nice and very clean, warm water and a great sauna, many relaxation rooms in the spa area where you could retreat.I was pleasantly surprised by the room facilities and we had a lot of fun in this hotel.Parking spaces are available and you don't hear the noise from the street in the hotel room.Don't forget the proximity to Alpe Mohr...The U16 team would like to thank the hotel for this great offer and for the unforgettable event, the kids were overjoyed, the entire coaching team took advantage of this great opportunity for effective training and relaxation in the poolThank you... Excellent Aparthotel with beautiful rooms and apartments. The bar is not open, but you can buy coffee and drinks there and take them to the room. The owner thinks along with you. Too bad the hotel is located in a residential area. Most rooms overlook it. What is nice is that the cozy Oberstaufen is located 700 meters away.

We were among the first guests after the long Corona break. Despite the circumstances, the staff was always friendly and helpful. The pool was the highlight for our son and was visited twice every day. We found the pool area and rooms to be clean. Unfortunately we couldn't be offered breakfast, but the bread roll service was a nice touch from the hotel.

Not a classic hotel, no breakfast is offered and there is no restaurant on site. But well-kept facility and nice host. This was our second time there and we can recommend the holiday apartment.

Error due to a double booking of the hotel, we didn't get the penthouse apartment Panorama R8 (88 m2) we had booked, but the Staufengold R10 (70 m2). Upon arrival, the apartment was ice cold. All controllers were on level 1. So poor preparation for the arrival of the guests. The shower temperature was set too cold. Not a pleasant shower. The kitchen is very sparsely equipped. Not enough glasses and knives available. For New Year's Eve 2 champagne glasses for 4 people, something should be improved. Bread service was OK. Baked rolls, not straight from the bakery but edible.Closets in the bedrooms are partially locked due to private use.It wasn't pointed out either. Couldn't use my closet. statement from the operator,The room would also be for children.Then please list the Staufengold R10 for 2 adults and 2 children in the description of the holiday apartment.All in all 1530 euros for 6 days not recommended. Too expensive. Even the fine furniture cannot hide this. There's more to it.If I had known that at the beginning we wouldn't have come.
