Very good restaurant at the zip line. Would recommend the Goulash soup and the Dunkel Weiss. Friendly staff and lovely ambience make for a great stop for a good hearty meal.

Waited almost an hour for food, and when it came it was poor quality (obviously frozen) and they had forgotten the children's food - we had to ask two different staff members and by the time it came the boys had eaten most of our food. The whole thing was also very overpriced. The castle is great but suggest eating elsewhere!

The food was not that bad, to be honest I was not expecting something awesome about this place but the service was the worst part. There is a guy working there that uses a pullover with the middle finger on his back (hopefully he will use it again so you know who is this guy) tall with short hair that was super rude!I was thinking about what to order and he wanted to take my menuI said wait, I am looking for a special meal, that I saw in the other table but I was not able to find in the menuHe said it was not there but they will cook itI asked… how much is it? (I don’t like to find the surprise that this meal was more than 30€ for a place like thisHe said… it is 17.50 is it enough for you? What kind of question is that? Then he took the menu from my hands and didn’t even wait to ask me if I wanted setting else…My experience today

We went to visit the highline179 bridge and wanted to have a nice dinner after that. This was not the place to come to. We had to call the waiters literally every time we needed something. It was 5 pm and the restaurant was almost empty. There were 5 waiters just talking and laughing behind the bar, but definitely not taking care of the customers. The food one of us got had to be sent back 2 times. Once it was way too salty, the second time there was absolutely no salt on it whatsoever and it was literally swimming in oil. It was the most expensive dish too. At the end, we just left it. We asked for a discount as part of one of the dishes we didn't eat, the waitress said : 'Sorry, we had a long day, the chef is probably tired, thus the food. We can't give you any discount.' Oh well. We'll never come back to this place, that's for sure!

Waitress is unprofessional, we waited for a long time while she was smoking and afterwards she ignored us with a smile. “Nice” service

We stayed at the hotel and ate our meals in the restaurant. We enjoyed our stay and the food. The room was large, the bathroom was roomy with separate shower and tub. Great place to unwind, hike, and sightsee.

We were very happy with the room and all the staff there were very friendly. We booked the hotel mainly because of the location to the Zugspitze, Neuschwanstein Castle and of course the Ehrenberg Castle World and the Highline 179. The Fernpass didn't bother us at all. We will come back
