This hotel checked all of the boxes for us. It seems to have been recently refurbished and under new management. It is located within an easy 10 minute walk of the train station. The staff could not have been more accommodating and friendly. The bed was great and shower wonderful. We took advantage of having massages in their fitness room which was a real plus. The view of the alps from our balcony room was mesmerizing. Loved our stay!

Very nice hotel! Partially a bit worn-out, but on the other hand I liked the old charm. Everything was clean and well-kept. The staff are very friendly and helpful and I had no problem using English here!It has a very nice garden with amazing views of the Alps mountains. If you are in the garden at sunset, you will see the hill turn pink with the reflection of the light.Breakfast service is absolutely delicious with great coffee, buffet system and it was exceptional.Perfect place to stay if you are thinking about going sight seeing to the castles.

The ONLY reason why I couldn't give it five stars was because a five star hotel requires a ton of fancy shmancy stuff. This hotel however, is absolutely wonderful and a nice spa. It is not the most convenient location but, it was only a ten minute walk to all the shops, bars, and food which didn't bother me at all. It is an old building and they expertly deal with what they have available. Added extra, I was able to so Neuschwanstein from my room, granted it was far away but I could see it, and that was a cool little bonus. The included breakfast is a perfect light breakfast for anyone. It is not the largest, nor ornate, I've seen during my time in Germany but it was perfect for me. It had cold meats, cheeses, pastries, oats, breads... Beer in the cooler... teas and coffee. Honestly, if you're gonna complain about a complimentary breakfast... Just go stay at the four seasons. The staff was extremely nice, I never crossed any of their paths without a smile and a greeting! If you aren't from Germany, or don't speak it, bring a fire stick so you can watch what ya want while there. With all that said, if I was talking to any of my buddies I would rate it 5 but, I'm easy to please.

I can only imagine that there are better rooms on the first floor than the second given that some people actually gave this place 5 star reviews. The only thing I could give it 5 stars for would be the view. The room was noisy beside the lift mechanism. They have a sign not to use lift late at night however it is ignored. I had to stand with my head in the dormer window to shower and slipped trying to do this in the bath hurting my arm. The room we had was only big enough for one very uncomfortable bed with equally uncomfortable pillows. The males on reception was not helpful at all in fact he was very disinterested. The cold water in the bathroom was a trickle, there was nothing to like about this hotel.

We stayed one night in the hotel. We reached around 8 PM. The place was pretty ghostly, no one around. No lights in the alleyway. The room was also pretty spooky. The wardrobe kept making creaking sound every time we pass in front of it. Don't get me wrong, nothing happened to me but it looked like that... The breakfast is pretty average. The view is beautiful..I didn't get a chance to use their yoga retreat overall it looks like a hostel rather than a hotel.

Older but beautiful and very clean and quiet hotel with more than fair room prices. We were on the 1st floor and had a big room with a shared balcony and an amazing view of Füssen's castle. Old town is in 10min walking distance.

I love this place! It has a very nice garden. If you are in the garden in sunset time, you will see the hill turns pink with the reflection of the light. It was the magic moment. The room is very nice. Outside the windows are trees, it made me felt like I was in the forest. There is also a nice bathtub with a little window looking at the trees. I felt very relaxed there.I booked for one person room, but the room is so big that I don't think it's a single bedroom. The breakfast is nice too. It has a good coffee machine in Breakfast. For my trip in Germany, this place offered the best coffee.

Great hotel with an amazing view just outside of town. The hotel was small, but standard for European hotels. The elevator is loud but they turn is off from 20:00-8:00 so it doesn't bother you while you're sleeping. There are nice common areas downstairs with a pool table and bar. The complimentary breakfast is a nice spread including eggs and sausage. The hotel is about 1/2 mile outside the city center however, and parking isn't easy to find in the city.
