Based on the positive reviews and the appealing website, we had booked a studio flat as a stopover for one night. The reality was quite disappointing. unfortunately, our room had not been thoroughly cleaned for a long time and there were stains everywhere. overall, the entire complex lacked a little love and care. the breakfast with instant scrambled eggs and three types of industrial cured ham unfortunately also had little to do with enjoyment. I am surprised at so many positive reviews.

It's a modern hotel with good services. The website is great and very convenient, which is rare. Rooms are small but elegant and tidy. We had a room on the ground floor with the door to the tiny yard where one can sit, drink something, and watch nature. Service is friendly. Breakfast could be richer, in my opinion. For us, a huge plus was the charging station right on the hotel's parking!

We traveled on motorbikes and stayed here for 1 night. The staff at reception 1A! 👌Our room in the inn next door. In the attic, very nice and warmly furnished. Attention: no elevator. 🥵😄Food very good.

The room smells good of pine, the bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is also completely sufficient. Unfortunately, the vouchers promised when booking were not distributed. The limos that were booked were only given out upon request. The dinner was very tasty. But waiting over an hour for food is unfortunately too long. Paying also took forever.

Nice staff, friendly service with delicious food. Here you can relax for a few days and enjoy the area.Plus everything is digital and therefore relaxed, no annoying paperwork and no annoying cash necessary.We can and will recommend the hotel to anyone who would like to travel to the area.

Food was very good but prices were way too high for the local conditions. Plus only 5 main courses, 2 of which were vegetarian. Restaurant staff incapable of dealing with larger groups (and table reservations!!!). Digital check-in, yes, but extremely annoying. It has nothing to do with enjoyment. We recommend Landgasthaus zum Kreuz in Isny. We fled there on the second day due to lack of space in the restaurant and everyone was thrilled (17 people).

BE CAREFUL WHEN BOOKING! Actually 0 stars!I can't say anything about the hotel. However, the booking process is abysmal and that is putting it mildly.We reserved 2 rooms for New Year's Eve and also received the booking confirmation. After inquiring about our trip, it turned out that only 1 room was reserved.We were then put off with several excuses and said we would be put on the waiting list and would just have to wait!!!!!!!!!In my opinion, this approach is not an award for a hotel and I would no longer trust confirmation. There was also no supervisor or anything to talk to.Disappointing!
