We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!The apartment itself was very roomy and clean and stocked with everything we needed to create a home away from home.The swimming pool was lovely, the temperature was great even for swimming in the mornings with our 3 year old.The hosts were lovely, thoughtful and very helpful. They supplied us with lots of info about sights and excursions in the broad neighborhood (everything within an hour drive from the apartment, which was very convenient). They also supplied the apartment with regional drinks at market price and they also provided a lovely fruit basket and some complementary drinks as a welcome gift.We felt comfortable and at ease here and would very much love to return, the effort the hosts made to create this holiday accommodation was much appreciated, we highly recommend it!

Very comfortable, clean and wonderful Allgau Apartment equipped with everything you need.A good bed, a nice bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen with a welcome drink in the fridge.The apartment also has a swimming pool and a spacious yard with barbecue facilities.Karin and Frank are great hosts and there when you need them (transport to and from the airport, etc...),they are very nice and want to share everything they know about the area.The region is magnificent between castles, nature and cities, everyone will find what they are looking for.We loved it! Karin went above and beyond to accommodate us in her beautiful apartments. We had to extend our stay to get our bike fixed and she graciously allowed us to move apartments after our initial stay was up. We had a safe place in the garage for our bikes. Both apartments we stayed in (the Executive and the Standard) were everything we could have wanted- spotlessly clean, fully-stocked kitchen, lots of natural lights, pretty gardens, outside seating areas, Comfortable beds, washing machine and dishwasher, nice tv, etc. There were also an unbelievable amount of brochures and information about the area in each apartment. The stay is in Memmingerberg, just a few minutes away from the hustle and bustle of Memmingen. Karin recommended a wonderful day trip for my birthday. She was so kind and pleasant to talk with. When we left, I felt like we were old friends. Please stay here with your eyes closed. You won‘t regret it.

A great place to stay, not far from the airport and to the city! Wonderful and very friendly hosts( Ms. & Mr. Henninger).We were provided with bikes during our stay for free, which we used to move around. I recommend a stay in the appartment if you plan to visit this area.A big thank you,

This is our second time staying here. The location is close to the airport, but planes do not interfere. The center of Memmingen is 15 minutes on foot. There is somewhere to leave the car. The room has everything and even more. I really liked the pool. Convenient location for trips around Bavaria and Baden-Wütemburg. If you don’t know what to do, Karin will tell you. Karin is the best hotel owner I have ever met!

Great apartment,beds were very comfortable and cozy,beverages had a fair price,very good location to visit touristic objectives(its near the train station and the center of Memmingen,with a lot of stores),backyard was lovely.We couldnt try the pool because one of our children was sick.Karin and her husband were very nice to us and even gave us suggestions for travel,etc. Overall a great apartment for a vacation and i reccomend this to everyone going in Memmingen.

Karin and Frank, are truly wonderful and genuine people who go that extra mile. I agree with all the positive reviews that people say about them. The apartment is 100%+ spotless and there is everything you could possibly need. karin's organisation is amazing and there is great information provided in the form of books, booklets and maps. They provide complimentary drinks and they also offer a nice range of drinks at an extremely low price. The swimming pool is amazing and like the overhaul wonderful surroundings are very, very relaxing. My wife and daughter also loved every moment spent at Karin and Franks apartment. I would certainly recommend this amazing apartment to my family and friends.

We didn't expect such a lovely place and such lovely hosts. The hosts Frand and Karin fulfilled every little request we had and more. The apartment is actually a two store house?! Clean, spacious, good location and with everything you need to feel like home. We had a great vacation and we hope to come back soon, thank you very much and god bless.
