Close to the airport, but the room did not have a window and the bathroom was like a capsule with a shower and toilet in the same room, something very strange, I have been in lower star hotels that are better, that is if it has a pool with a bar in the roof

Very comfortable with the condition of the rooms and facilities at this hotel, but the hotel staff (in black) in the hotel lobby on 28 September 2024 during the day really made me and my family very annoyed with the people's unfriendliness towards us. Was it because we were only wearing very ordinary clothes that we didn't understand, I immediately took it off because I couldn't stand the person's cynical stare. When I went to the basement of the hotel, I met the person again on the hotel stairs and the person was sarcastically not welcome.

the towels were stained with blood spots, the sink taps were all bad. the sound of people walking could be heard from inside. the bathroom is leaking, please improve it againsuddenly called to the room and said they ordered sandals even though they didn't have any at all. but the room is okay, sorry I can only give it 2 stars

We had a very good time staying in City of Aventus. The staff was amazing, they are so friendly and helpful. The service was simply top-notch. Found the only hotel that has 2 large beds in 1 room. Very suitable for parents who bring 2 children so it's not cramped, usually it's 1 room, 1 extra bed, even then it's still cramped. This room is also spacious & bright.Room service was also responsive.There's only one drawback, if you call the food & gocar/grab courier service you will be confused, because on the map they are still listed as Pop Hotel (the name of the hotel before City of Aventus), besides that now the Denpasar area is jammed if you want to go anywhere. Because Bali's economy has started to recover.

The reception and security staff are very friendly. The lobby is very comfortable and clean, but the rooms can only be rated 3. The rooms are narrow but not a problem for 1-2 people. The towels were clean but had a musty smell and lots of stains on the towels and duvet. The ceramic floor in the room under the TV came loose and made noise when walking around. The water pressure in the sink is very high so it gets muddy easily, but on the other hand, the water pressure in the toilet is very small. Sometimes the water from the flush smells a bit if you don't use it for 6-12 hours. The condition of the shower head is old and the water comes out irregularly. Please remind us again about the quality and comfort of the rooms because the rest rooms should be more comfortable and clean compared to the lobby.

Decent room despite a very small plastic bathroom. The restaurant is beautiful.Unfortunately we were unable to sleep due to the noise of the elevator. Initially we thought they were other guests passing by with trolleys from the upper floor. We asked for explanations but were not given an answer. After a while they admitted that the loud noise was due to the elevator. They changed our room but it was almost time to leave for the airport. Terrible experience.

new hotel, very clean, friendly stuff... only the hotel restaurant kitchen is too noisy and can't have a good breakfast... but overall it's a good hotel, I will definitely come back here for sure.

The slope of the bathroom floor is away from the drain, causing water to pool. Complaining to the receptionist, the answer was: "that's the standard". Won't be back again.

the bathroom floor is not textured so it is slippery. The flat floor does not have a slope for water drainage so that if you shower the water will be flooded. and other people who entered did not see there was a puddle and it caused a fall
