I lived here as a guest for more than a week in a quite big, nice and clean flat, located in the city centre. Bus and train statjons are 10 minutes far away, where you can reach every place.There is a awesome garden where you can sit and enjoy your cigarettes or having good conversations with other guests or friends.The owners are so friendly and willing help you with everything you need!I really recommend this place to everyone!

I stayed in one of this beautiful apartments for 3 months. It was the best accommodation of my life. Very pretty and super clean flats, amazing garden full of flowers and with facilities which make you able to have a sit and enjoy your coffee or your drink under the sun ! For the evening a nice bar always ready to provide you a glass of prosecco ! The landlords are the best landlords i have ever met!!!! Very friendly , and wiling to help you with everything!!!! The apartment is located in the center of the city , so you can reach everything on foot. For all of you , that you like travelling you can reach the central bus and train station within 10 minutes and you will find routes for everywhere !!!! they were the BEST 3 months of my life and honestly i higly recommend it to everybody !!! You will never find a better place to stay in the heart of the center of Memmingen than this !!! CONGRATULATIONS!! I hope to see you soon !!!!Thank you for this amazing experience !!!!

Great accommodation in a historic house in the center of Memmingen.Very clean. Despite the central location at the beginning of the Memmingen pedestrian zone, it is quiet. Very comfortable beds. We really liked the romantic 72 sqm apartment with fully equipped kitchen. Here we come again.

Our apartment was damp, full of mosquitoes, carelessly furnished and the shower was cold. To make matters worse, there is a large window facing the pedestrian zone, which is inadequately darkened. Not recommended. The friendly reception and easy accessibility of the staff should be mentioned positively

We received a room that looked nothing like the photos, which isn't a bad thing. The room had not been cleaned, the floor and the sink were full of hair and dust. The mirrors were completely smeared. We kindly pointed out that it wasn't clean and someone was sent to clean the room. When we come back the room is still dirty and the strange hair is still there. In the photos we took, the only answer we get is that the floor is patterned like that. Never again!

The rooms are spacious, but unfortunately a bit carelessly furnished. You can see that someone made an effort, but I was missing something special. Since it is in the middle of the city, it is very loud during the week and also at night on weekends. The kitchen is well equipped and everything is clean. The shower is designed for people over 1.80m to pull their heads in. Otherwise the passages are a bit low. All in all, it was okay for us there and we were satisfied.
