Nice hotel. No parking available but has free WiFi.Break fast is quite good, standard EU breakfast.Room was nice, bed very comfortable and clean. Bathroom had a blue light which I thought was amazing.Drinks are standard prices but alcohol is available.Quite central to a lot of bars and food places.Overall a nice hotel and would recommend.

It's a nice hotel. Typical holiday inn express with small rooms and small spread of breakfast. Rooms are furnished well compared to other holiday inn express I have seen. Bathroom is nice and big. Location is very good. The room cleaning was not good in my room. It's a housekeeping problem. That's why 1 less star.

Near a subway station in the center of the city, very easy to walk around and discover the city. Although at the center the city the hotel is in quiet road. Very friendly at the reception, although they asked us for a prepay. The bed very convenient for sleep, the bathroom of a right size and pleasant. The room of the right size, convenient and clean. I strongly recommend!

Absolutely dreadful value for money. For starters they didn't take care of our request to have a queen size bed (or two beds joined together), at the reception they told us that if we wanted we could have moved the beds ourselves and put them together. Too bad that the room is so small that's almost impossible to do this, and if you do, you have to jump over mattresses to reach the bathroom. Breakfast was among the worst I've seen in Germany, poor choices of everything and crowded. Location is good, parking is convenient but maybe a little expensive.

I stayed in the holiday inn, for my stag do. The location of the hotel is perfect, very close to everything and perfect for getting home after a night out. It was the one good thing about Hamburg. The staff were helpful and it was pleasant. The rooms were nice and clean, I'd definitely recommend it.

Staff was amazing and tried to fix our broken AC problem. However, the beds were bouncy and double bed size instead of queen. No hot breakfast unless you like a boiled egg. No sausages or scrambled eggs. Not enough seats for breakfast either; need at least 5-6 more tables as it was very busy even outside and people had to wait. The free ice machine was a good idea, but a water bottle filling station is needed as you cannot fill up your water bottle in the room. There is underground parking for a fee, has a couple of elevators, and the location of the hotel is excellent; close to the St. Pauli U-bahn, the Reeperbahn, great restaurants within walking distance, and in August, there was an enormous fair going on with rides, games, and food. Three stars because of the broken AC and the loud noise emitting from it when it was 36C outside and we really needed to cool down after a day of sightseeing. Hard to sleep because of it and finally had to shut it off, open the window and suffer in the heat.

Nice hotel to stay in on a budget. We had a problem with our air conditioning and the amazing staff tried to help as much as they could, even offering us a discount on our stay because of the inconveniences we’d experienced. The rooms are nice and clean but the breakfast is a bit plain and the wifi is not very good.

Great staff but uncomfortable beds, slow wifi and semi working air-con. Breakfast continental and very busy after 8:30am. Great area steps from the UBahn and Reeperbahn but far enough away to avoid the noise. Some great cool, and Hamburg chic neighbourhood cafes and resto spots in St Pauli few steps north. The hotel has a few underground spaces for parking below the hotel and note that the parking entranceway is just past the front hotel entrance; just get a ticket from the machine and hopefully there is a space. As if this writing parking was 20e a day.

Good sized, quiet rooms a short distance from Millerntor stadium, the Reeperbahn and with easy access to the rest of Hamburg city. Comfortable with friendly staff that were happy to help. Not my first stay and no doubt won't be my last.

Amazing and friendly service, breakfast was included in the price and was all you can eat. The rooms were small but cozy. Overall I recommend it and would go back there again if traveling to Hamburg.
