Well booking.com let us down and the hotel did not have us in the system. The front desk manager Sofia was fantastic. She found us a room, gave us free drinks at the bar and arranged for a free taxi to the other hotel. She was very sweet and helpful. I'm so impressed with her professionalism. Although we did not stay at this hotel, it was warm, welcoming, quiet and clean. Bartender was great too. I hope to stay in Hamburg again and actually visit this beautiful city. Big thanks to Sofia. Leonardo hotels are great!

We had booked a 1 night stay, for an early departure fra the airport the next day. Everything was really good, nice and friendly staff, great room really good location if you are going to the airport. We eat in the restaurant at the hotel again really friendly staff and great food for the price. It was also possible if you pay for it, to leave your car at the hotel while away for vacation. We enjoyed our time here and will most definitely came back again if we are scheduled for an early flight.

A great one night stay at this nice hotel convenient for Hamburg Airport. Good clean room and tasty breakfast. Can't comment on transfers from terminal as I was collected by a relative also staying at hotel after a late /delayed flight. Affordable hotel with plenty of parking.

I had a magnificent experience with the Hotel management! We booked by mistake a non refundable room at the wrong date and i contacted them to help me changing the date. Although the date we wanted was fully booked they really were considerate and did a refund for us! I really appreciate it and will absolutely recommend booking by them. Thanks!!

Place was great. Room was lovely. Food was okay. The bar staff were lovely, fun and good conversation. One of the night porters on the other hand, a larger bald fellow, was very unpleasant to myself and my colleague. He was talking over us when we were trying to explain an issue. At one point, he actually shushed me. I thought this was extremely unprofessional. Ruined an otherwise amazing experience. Mario, the bartender was amazing and great fun to talk too. I would probably return. Just avoid talking to the night porter.

Good hotel to just spend the night. It's definitely a little dated but very clean and easy to get to. It's 1.9km from the arrival gate at Hamburg Airport so walking to the hotel instead of paying a cab fare is not bad. I only had a backpack and did it in about 25 minutes. After sitting in planes all day I needed it. If not then a cab ride is 5 minutes.Rooms are small and my "full" size bed was two twins pushed together. Not the most comfortable but not bad. Nice and quiet with no issues with any noise from staff or other guests or surroundings. There are no USB charge ports like many hotels so bring an adapter. Or use the USB plug on the TV for a super slow charge if you are me and forgot one.Speaking of surroundings. It is great that it's so close to the airport but it's not really near anything else. To get a cab to any of the museums or downtown it's €40+ and a half hour cab ride. So be aware of this if you are planning a trip.All in all for the price I paid of €74 I can't complain at all and definitely recommend if you are just spending a night. If you plan to see a lot of the city however, maybe something closer to downtown.

Decent transit hotel but it has definitely shown its age. Despite the maintenance issues, the room was good, spacious and comfortable enough. The only problem is that there is no shower curtain in the bathroom which isn't good since water would spray down straight to the floor and could cause slip hazard.The hotel could need some improvements and maintenance, notably the gardens which are quite overgrown especially at the main entrance which doesn't look too inviting enough. Despite that, cleanliness inside the building was quite good. Breakfast, lunch and dinner foods in their on site restaurant were limited but okay, nothing too special. Staffs were friendly.For the location, the hotel is very close to the airport and a supermarket inside the Krohnstieg Center shopping center. There is also a Chinese restaurant which is about 5 minutes walk.

We enjoyed the location as it was quiet but well-situated for access to public transportation. The room (excepting the heat) was comfortable--quite large for European standards. The bathroom was very spacious and had a supply of toiletries. The free internet was adequate. The TV was locked to one input which is not a negative although being able to watch some of our videos stored on a laptop would have been nice. We booked a room that had a kettle which made the morning coffee possible. All staff with whom we dealt were professional, friendly, and accommodating. The airport shuttle was prompt. We would not hesitate to book this hotel again.

Clean big room. Plenty towels and nice toiletry in the bathroom. Noisy exhaust in the bathroomDinner was fantastic. Steak was perfect. Minus is they put me to eat in the bar because restaurant was reserved for big group.Big choice of food and drinks for breakfast.Very kind and friendly staff. Didn't have a space in the shuttle for my bags and they paid taxi for me.
