Horrible Horrible customer service. The gentleman was so rude on the phone when I wanted to confirm my pets and he just kept on saying "i don't understand why you are calling me?!" ..i have paid and not received a refund but never went there obviously since he could not confirm it was ok to bring my cats (I was moving house). I would stay away from this place!

Yesterday we went to a concert in Hamburg and the three of us shared a room. The welcome from the owner was great. Friendly and funny. The room was great, we had absolutely nothing to complain about. The toilet area was also clean. The guesthouse is located in an industrial area, but as soon as you enter the guesthouse you will find a very pleasant atmosphere. You shouldn't expect a 5 star hotel, but for the price of 25 euros per night our expectations were far exceeded. We didn't notice any noise pollution at all. It was absolutely quiet and we had a great night's sleep.Personally, I can't understand many of the reviews here, because if guests are loud or can't behave, the owner can't do anything about it. You should review fairly.In any case, it is clear to me and my companions that we will come back here at any time.We would like to thank you again for the very nice welcome and the great overnight accommodation!

It's fine for an overnight stay, but nothing more. There are no toilets in the rooms. The general toilets are dirty. There is only one communal shower, which is not separated for men or women. The rooms are also dirty and sometimes very battered. The area is also very spooky. In the middle of the industrial area. There are old electrical appliances and other bulky waste everywhere.

For the money I would choose a hotel any time. 50€ I don't think the night was right. The reception was with hands and feet. And there's nothing to say about the beds, it's just a complete disaster. I can't recommend this accommodation at all. The ambience of the inside reminds me of a hospital... I hope I didn't catch anything in the 2 nights.

So a youth hostel, on the other hand, is still clean. Nice reception, no question, but the shower and toilet in the hallway, unfortunately dirty and a bit of black mold.Rooms are very small, only 2 sockets at the end of the room for TV and receiver so no possibility to charge other devices (cell phones, tablets etc.)

Very clean, cheap, fast bus and train connection very close, would stay again at any time. Slept well and it was very quiet at night with the window on top! Drinks vending machine in the house. Television with many programs in the room.

Worst service I've ever seen. On the page it said that you can contact us if you arrive after 9 p.m. I called and said that I would probably arrive at midnight, and he said it was still fine, the staff costs 15 euros an hour. After I told him he should organize a box with a key code so that people can arrive after work, he said you know how much that costs. I thought it was a joke but he was completely serious. I recommend this hotel to everyone unless they want to be treated like a dog.

The hotel is normal. With your own money, and this is 50 euros for a double room. Clean, neat. Honest service staff (when I was moving out, I forgot my jacket with money, it was returned and nothing was missing from it), although it returned in a few hours.
