The room was clean and nice but very hot. There were also rats running in the front of the hotel, in the private parking area. Good location, a bit expencive parking fee, 20euros per night.

Big and clean room with two double beds. The bathroom has no door. The bed was ok but their pillows was very thin. It's a good solution for budget traveling with family or friends and alternative to dirty hostels. The check in is in a different address. There is city tax to 3 eur per night

The staff at the reception absolutely horrible. Like many others, I didn't read their messages before checking in so didn't realize that the hotel and the checking in are located at different places. When I called the staff, she yelled at me: "can you stop talking and just come to get your key?"

A better communication upfront would be already a huge improvement. The room is beautiful, clean and modern. Nice location in Hamburg. However:1. Apparently the checkin location and the actual hotel are not at the same place. Driving distance from eachother. But there was no communication about that.2. The public parking around the hotel is actually free. But the staff didn't tell us, only said it's €15 per day to park at the hotel and we can only pay when picking up the keys.3. The room is beautiful, but it's designed for making photos. Super spacey bright bathroom, but no single place to put any toiletry at all.4. There is no staffs at the location, so if any problem there is no one to help.5. A basic water cooker would be good too.

Very nice room, very strange arrangement with parking, veeeery strange check-in where you have to go to another hotel 2 km’s away from this place , and the hotel room was empty with all necessaries. There were no glasses in the room, no cups, no coffee.Yeah - very fancy rooms - with big and comfortable beds, huge shower, and very clean. But that’s it, that’s all that there is to offer in these rooms.

I was going to visit Hamburg with two of my kids (10 years and 9 monthes old).I've bought train tickets and booked a hotel appartment. Unfortunately, on the day of my travel, my train was cancelled so I wasn't able to visit Hamburg.I messaged hotel about this early in the morning asking maybe even partial refund could be made. I did not recieve ANY kind of reply for 5 days.I called this hotel that day and the next day - they do not pick up the phone at all.You just have no any ability to contact hotel or their support, they totally ignore you.

Nice room bit everything else was disappointing and getting the key from a location quite a bit away with a long waiting line was super annoying.

If you're inside and don't have any problems, it's okay. Not big or particularly pretty.A bit mustyDon't you have problems with anything. There is no reception, the check-in machine doesn't work properly and there's no chance of calling.Checking in is easy, you just aren't told which room, so you have to go through all the rooms with the card and test when the door opens. If you lock yourself out, bad luck. As described above, no machine, telephone or anything else helps. If you wait long enough there is a chance you will find a cleaner who can help. But depending on the time of day, it's not that easyNever again

Okay for the price, some cobwebs could be removed, the high ceiling hides them. A little tight but worked for us. A socket near the door didn't work because there was something in it... dangerous... TV doesn't allow HDMI use, only the TV program. Bathroom well equipped, bright (has window). The service was okay. 20€/parking space per day. To check in you have to go to another hotel at the main train station. English was spoken at the reception, not German.
