This alleged “hotel” is underground! We got bugs there! Head lice, scabies etc. It's best to tear it down and rebuild! What a disgrace to offer something like that!

Nice hotel which is already very old. But the price is totally okay. It's just a shame that some people don't appreciate something like that. And think you can do whatever you want. The pub next to the hotel is a veteran and has good prices. Some people just don't understand why you first have to drink yourself up to a level and then just make a fuss.

Stayed here with my brother last year. When we got home he had bitten off lice. Not good. Better is the bar where the beer is cheap. So this year there will be accommodation in a different hotel, but a beer.

There was a mistake in the reservation in the actual hotel where I wanted to sleep, so I went to old Hamburg as an emergency solution. I met up with friends and two of them wanted to use the toilet. There was apparently a sign behind a cloakroom on the stand that visitors were not allowed. 5 minutes later we were gone again. When I wanted to go to my room alone at 4 a.m., I was thrown out in an extremely unfriendly manner with the words: "That's what the boss said, I don't care, you have to go now." I wasn't given 10 minutes to pack my things at 4am and so I was put out on the street. I didn't see any of the €50 for the single room again.Horror scenario for a 26 year old stranded twice on the Reeperbahn. Thanks.

Very unfriendly staff (in the bar). Lets your cell phone disappear under the counter and if you want it back you have to pay two euros. Never again !!!!!

A really great hotel, the rooms are nostalgically decorated! People stand in line at the morning toilet and have good conversations. The bar in the hotel is great, I was actually exhausted, but I danced on the table for another 2 hours!I would come again and again
