I enjoyed the staying in the residence which was very comfortable, and very well located in Hamburg. Also knowing it’s a social project that helps finance the students in a complicated situation makes it even more appealing and interesting. I hope I’ll have the chance to visits again soon!

Quite good, fairly new building, modern, bed very comfortable, nice warm blanket. Too few hanging options, especially in the bathroom. The light there is activated by a motion detector, so it's full brightness even at night, which is rather unsightly.No information received via WiFi. Rooms on the street side are quite noisy.No staff, no reception on site.

Nice little hotel. Room was clean and functionally furnished. Everything you need is available: fridge, kettle (tea and sugar free), TV, WiFi, shower, roof terrace,...Plus: bus stops for three lines right in front of the door.Minus: No reception, no breakfast.

Very good value for money. The rooms are very nicely newly furnished. Bathroom like new. The electric shutters are excellent. Very nice and helpful contact on site. The main station can be reached with just one change. The bus stop is right outside the door.I would love to come back.

Everything was great. I was almost afraid of the stay because I read some of the extremely negative reviews here, but now I'm wondering how they came about. The Hansa Residence is a great place to stay. Everything is clean and new, the room was nice and modern, as was the bathroom, with a large shower. The employees were all so nice and friendly (those I met). Of course there were a few little things that could be improved, but in my experience this is the case in every accommodation, I wouldn't take any points for that or anything like that. So I would recommend the Hansa Residence at any time.

Very satisfied with my stay! The hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly. There is no problem in communicating in English! The most convenient thing is that the arrival time is very flexible. The room cards for the previous check-in have been arranged in advance. There is no pressure to rush to the front desk if you arrive late. The surrounding area is very convenient, right next to the bus station, Lidl, Penny, and Aldi are all nearby.
