The hotel is well located and comfortable. But the reception closes at 10pm and there is no key box. So beware if you have a delay! It happened to us and the woman at the reception was extremely desagreable and aggressive. Which is not what you would expect from a professional.

I just stayed at this wonderful little hotel and it was a lovely experience! The room was very clean and had everything to make my stay comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location is also great as it is very central and walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, the opera house, etc. I would greatly recommend it to any woman traveling to Hamburg. I look forward to staying there again in the future.

The staff is super friendly, breakfast is good, the rooms are pretty and most importantly clean, the location is perfect and even though it’s in the center and right across a busy street it’s still pretty quiet at night. I stayed here for two nights a one bedroom on the top floor that was so cozy!! I had a lovely time, the women here are incredibly kind and the breakfast was great! Will definitely be coming back!

A very nice little cozy hotel, great location because you can easily walk to all the sights. We arrived late by train and so it was not possible to hand over the keys in person. We were then able to pick it up at the hotel opposite. Great service, we were over the moon. Stayed there over Pentecost. The breakfast was delicious, lots of organic products, many types of cheese and jams. Muesli, orange juice, freshly ground coffee, water, eggs, fruit salad, cottage cheese, yogurt, honey, Nutella. Breakfast outside is possible. Friendly service, clean room, guest slippers, hairdryer, radio, TV, telephone, earplugs, shoe cleaning wipes, the love is in the details. This hotel is a real insider tip for women.

Small hotel, 9 rooms, 3 on each floor. Under the roof without a private bathroom or toilet, this is in the hallway. Toilet okay, shower very old and narrow. The room is well equipped and many little things have been taken into consideration. Very good breakfast in two rooms, one of which has a view of the greenery and historical furniture 😉

Beautiful rooms, extremely friendly and attentive staff and a very tasty hotel breakfast in a beautifully decorated café area. There were great welcome gifts in the room (chocolate, water, soft slippers...), the location on the U Gänsemarkt is practical and the bathroom and shower in the hallway were extremely clean. Thank you for the lovely stay, I'll be happy to come back next time I'm in Hamburg!
