We spent one night here, some days ago. We came so late that we received information via mail, how to get our keys. That was a fun adventure, in the dark. This, and the time spent there, will stay as a nice memory. I am a person that usually want my own pillow with me (even if I struggle with that too). On this trip it simply wasn't possible. But from this hotel I got a tip I will be forever thankful for. There were one normal sized pillow and a small (like very small) pillow. And this is what I will get when I come home! The only thing that is a little minus, is that we did never figure out how to get cold water. It was warm (28 degree C ish). And that's why you just get 4 stars.

This is a special place, as most of the hotel staff are people with developmental impairments, though there are also people without impairments working there. …

I have never been to this hotel but I have seen a video footage of this hotel and it's been explained, that all of the staff has some sort of disability such as one staff was blind and a few had down syndrome.Just the management was enabled. I really liked the concept of this hotel that they support disabled people by giving them a job. Therefore I am giving this hotel a 5/5.

Hotel as an inclusion business. People with disabilities work under relatively normal conditions. Family atmosphere, staff very friendly and accommodating to slightly intrusive. In the middle of Altona, with free parking. Breakfast and rooms were good. The rooms were clean and equipped accordingly.

We were in Hamburg for the first time. There is an excellent bus connection in all directions directly in front of the hotel. You can get anywhere in just a few minutes. To the hotel itself. The room was very clean and it was very quiet there. There is also a free parking lot behind the hotel. The breakfast buffet is very tasty. The staff is extremely friendly and really helpful. We felt very comfortable and if we come to Hamburg again, we will stay in this hotel again. It is really recommended.

I was in Hamburg for 3 nights for a seminar. The rooms are simple but equipped with everything you need. It's clean, quiet and I also had a huge TV ;)The staff is incredibly nice and friendly and very uncomplicated.Since the hotel specializes in integration, part of the building is completely barrier-free. And integration is also actively practiced among the staff. That was also the reason why I chose this hotel. The breakfast is good and with a manageable but completely sufficient selection. And the coffee machine also does a good job.You can quickly reach many sights and there is also a bus stop right next to the front door.

It was OKThe staff is really super nice and helpful. But the bed is too narrow and much too high for me. In addition, the mattress/topper is buttery soft and I couldn't even begin to sleep. Then the room is directly on the street AND on the ground floor, which made opening a window impossible.Temperature outside: on average 18-23 degrees,In my room between 26 and almost 27 degrees. The fan provided was well-intentioned, but then has the function of circulating air in the oven.I never received an answer to my email asking whether the hotel was air-conditioned.WiFi only worked TO the door, not in the room:Statement: this is just makeshift WiFi... there's nothing we can do about it (what is makeshift WiFi??????)The breakfast was sufficient and overall it was a good experienceNevertheless, I won't stay here again
