The hotel entrance is half in a club, very uncomfortable for women in the evening.Very old, rooms smell musty, dull 4 single beds placed in a small room, without side tables, without coat hooks or table. Only one medium towel per person, the room could only be closed if you turned the key from inside. All without attention to detail. Pretty old fashioned. No smoke detector! However, if you only want to party on the Reeperbahn for one night and only want to be in the hotel to sleep and only want to spend a little money, it's -OKAY-.Very good location for celebrating.

We booked the “hotel” for a girls’ trip. When we came in we immediately noticed the strong smell of beer in our room. The room resembles a children's room in a social housing apartment. The door had already been broken into once and therefore could not be closed without turning the key. We moved into our room at around 7 p.m. and renovation work was still being carried out in the next room and the electricity was turned off for a brief moment several times. The employee's statement "if anything happens, we will NOT be there for 24 hours" was confusing. It's so noisy that you can hear EVERY noise from the neighboring rooms. If you JUST want to party and need accommodation right near the clubs, it's OK

Location is quite good except that the entrance is next to a bar or rather a club... but the description of the hotel is not nearly correct, there was a television, but no remote control. There is a shared toilet in the hallway which is always occupied! or it stinks unbelievably!! As if that wasn't enough, you share the mot 4-5 other rooms, the shower was totally broken, the employees just come into the room and why don't they just take a blanket from the bed? Plus, you suddenly had to pay money because of the tourism stuff, which didn't make any sense, it's incredibly noisy and whatnot. for ONE NIGHT if you can't find anything suitable or different, it's fine, otherwise not recommended. a catastrophe.the PRICE is way too high! Plus, not even a water cooker etc. as described, nothing is right. There is no place to hang a jacket or anything else, nor a closet!Towels are way too small!!not suitable for the severely disabled!!it's inhumane in such a small room 4to accommodate people.doesn't work at all!View of the hotel, is a photo from the room! All you can do is look into another apartment & look out at a parasol from a cocktail bar in the neighborhood.NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!

I was contacted by phone a few days before arrival. There I was asked whether it was okay to get a 5-bed room instead of a four-bed room. I decided against it and communicated it that way. However, when we arrived we were given a six-bed room. It wasn't agreed upon and it wasn't booked that way either. A colleague and I were then transported to another hotel. That wasn't booked that way either. The receptionist I spoke to that evening at the other hotel was extremely unfriendly and uncooperative. Unfortunately an absolute disappointment and never again. That doesn't work at all.

Would give 0 stars if it were possible, there is only one toilet and one shower for 6 rooms, the toilet doesn't even have a sink, let alone a window. The whole hotel smells strong and you can hardly understand the employees. At the hotel we were charged a flat rate for the city of Hamburg?! I have no idea if that's common... All in all, a real dive, just stay away!

If it were possible I would prefer to give this hotel 0 stars, the entire hotel smells very strong and is generally very dirty and run down. There is only 1 bathroom for 6 rooms, apart from that the employees stay in the room when you are not there on the clear instructions that it is not wanted and then not even to clean the room. The employees understand almost no German and speak very unclearly. The beds in the room are as comfortable as a hard concrete floor, there are still rotten old towels waiting for you behind the cupboard and with an outside temperature of -6 degrees you are always very happy when the heating doesn't even work.In general, the shed looks more like a setting from a horror film than a hotel, and I definitely don't recommend it.

Instead of a bed there was only a camp bed in the room which was very uncomfortable. According to the booking confirmation, check-in from 2 p.m. Nobody was there at 2:15 p.m. and after a call to the hotel, nobody came for about 10-15 minutes. You are woken up at 11:00 in the morning because you are supposed to check out, even though checkout is stated from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. There is a strong smell of urine in the hotel entrance and there is only 1 bathroom for 6 hotel rooms. The hotel is not recommended!

Run down, uncomfortable and definitely only bearable for one night. You have to share a very small bathroom with others. It's very noisy.
