Very pleasant stay!Really great location, far enough out of the city that it's peaceful and quiet but with great transport links to access the city within 30 minutes. Staff were super friendly and more than willing to accommodate any needs such as letting us check in earlier as we hadn't had much sleep.Breakfast was good, a little expensive for a cold continental breakfast but tasted great, lots of games and magazines in the reception area tooRoom was spacious and very clean and tidy, with towels provided, it would have been nice to have a kettle and tea/coffee in the room, but overall the room was exactly what we needed!

The room wasn’t the cleanest one but I was very impressed with the male receptionist at the hotel! He promptly and professionally carried out his duties and assisted us in a very humane manner. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the lady receptionist, his female colleague. The service was slow, and the communication was unfriendly and uncomfortable. We paid for an additional night, showed the payment, yet she made us wait until the money was processed, wasting 20 minutes of our time unnecessarily. Despite being established clients, we were treated as if we were not able to pay. Thanks to the male receptionist for his assistance! April 2024.

Our vehicle broke down on arrival in the car park, we asked the lady in reception with a pink blazer if we could use the key to allow the recovery truck puck up our vehicle to take to the garage, she told us no and they don't have the gate key, 45 minutes later another member of staff retrieved the key from the office total waste of time and very rude lady ! The room was tiny double bed with 1 single blanket and 1 towel unsure why this even exists in a double room ! Unfortunately wouldn't recommend staying here even the so called gym with 3 items in they close in the afternoon all in all not a great experience and shall not be returning.

Lovely 1 night stay. Room and all areas very clean. Really appreciated welcome at reception and for breakfast. Was encouraged to practise my german and staff did not immediately switch to english which was great.
