It was ok. The room was tiny, the bed was fine and I've always hit my elbows in the showers cause it was so narrow

Our four night stay there was among the best human experiences we had in hotels, the landlady was very helpful and gave us a lot of practical information and advice about what to do. …

The hotel is dated, in need of some restoration and updates. The room I had was small and the bathroom was very small. ||But, it was clean and the bed was better than some I have stayed in.  …

This hotel has very friendly staff and a nice breakfast, but it is not very close to the city center of Hamburg. Public transportation is close by so the city center is only 15 minutes away. ||Parking is limited and the room are clean plus free WiFi

I never had posted any comment before, but in this case I couldn’t hold my tong. This is by far the worst hotel I’ve been in a developed country. The room + bathroom fit in less than 10 m2 + no air con. The mattress is very thin, get ready to pay a physiotherapy afterward. And I payed this room 115€ per night. The 500mb free wifi last less than 30min by just checking my mails, then you need to pay 10€ every 2gb. And of course you need to pay for the bottle of water in your room. When I left, I’ve asked the reception to call a cab. They didn’t even call, saying than this day, taxis were so busy and I should take the train. I had to go to the hotel next door to order one. Run far away from this hotel.

A good value for money. You get a tiny room but the biggest issue is the distance from the city center. Two different bus lines with a 4 minutes walking are available but they are not be counted on.
