Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience!Let’s start with the check-in process. At around 10 to 12 in the morning, you will receive a text message and/or email with a PIN code to access the hotel and your room. That means there is no key to the room, which I really like. The rooms are very decent for the price. If you book a single bed, you get a nice bed, a wardrobe that you can lock with a padlock (if you bring one), a small working refrigerator, and a cabinet with cookware and utensils. The public areas include toilets and showers for males and females and a shared kitchen with two microwaves and two stoves that you can use.During my two-night stay, I only saw someone else twice, so I can recommend it if you are introverted! The hostel is in a quiet area with the U-bahn close by, and there are some shops and restaurants nearby.I would happily stay here again!

Good location - enough for one night sleep without any need to interact with others. The down side is that the TV was not functioning well and water accumulated ij bathroom.

Very pleasant and clear place to stay. The rooms are well-maintained and clean. Within a few steps of the hostel there is a supermarket and public transport stops. The city center is only 15-20 minutes away by metro, which makes it a good location. The only downside is that the rooms are on the ground floor, which makes them a bit dark. Overall, the hostel is worth it for the price and services.I highly recommend it.

Positive: VERY clean, very good location, easy check-in /-out, low priceNegative: Description on Booking.com does not reflect reality. Rooms have no private shower/wc only shared toilets/bathrooms are available. The hostel is located in the basement (pictures from outside show the windows of the rooms). There is no fresh air since windows are blocked - can be opened only slightly. No natural ventilation. No air-conditioner. Although it was only 23C outside, in the room was very hot. Blinders can not be folded (mechanism is removed), and hence, it is extremely dark in the room even during daytime ( the last 3 pictures show the darkness in the room in the morning). Pictures on the official website feature only the common spaces. Pictures of rooms on Booking.com are taken with special lenses so that rooms look twice as bigger as in reality.Recommendation: It would not be a problem if one chooses the price before the comfort, BUT the decision needs to be informed! The property should not attract guests through omitting key details!

Best hostel I stayed at on my trip in Germany. The nearest U-Bahn station, Lübecker Straße, is only 5 minutes away on foot, where the U1 and U3 lines take you right into the city center. The kitchen is really clean (however, some moldy breads and other expired foods were not cleaned out in one of the top cabinets when I was there) and the hostel provides cookware and utensils for you to cook your own meal. There are also a Rewe and an Aldi right around the corner that are open until 10 pm and 9 pm, respectively, so you can easily get groceries upon your return to the hostel. At only 50 euro a night, I got my own space, a smart TV with Netflix, a small refrigerator, and a clean kitchen for me to cook my own meal on the cheap (shared but I rarely run into anyone else in there). The room also has many amenities that made my stay there just a bit easier: a small closet, a wall-mounted rack, a small shoe storage, a small desk with chair. The only things I didn't like were the noise and uncomfortable bed (easily overlooked if you're like me and don't mind them that much). The rooms are on the basement level and the windows are right next to the pavement, so the sound of people walking and talking can be quite loud. Like others have mentioned, the sound of slamming doors from the other rooms can also be quite loud. The mattress is not very thick and can be a bit uncomfortable when you roll around, but it stopped bothering me once I was asleep.

Excelent price for what they offer. The room, showers and toilets were all very clean. (shared toilets and showers). Regarding the location, it was exactly what I needed, being close to the train station, and right next to a supermarket. All in all an excelent hostel with private rooms.

Cheap and near the centre, but really hard to sleep. The doors smash and make super loud noise, apart from the people you share your room with, because even though they are 'private rooms', they share the space (and noise) inside the same room.
