The location is very quiet, the room is large and spacious, however there is no air conditioning and the bed is really uncomfortable, it is impossible to sleep in it. In any case, I appreciated that the hotel staff found a solution to the problem by refunding the other remaining nights and making me change hotels

I moved to Smartments business Hamburg weeks back. I’m so happy that we decided to stay here and made a correct choice. We were welcomed so warmly by the reception/ front desk as we arrived here. It felt really homely. The reception ladies are very kind and always quick for any help you need. There’s never delay in getting anything you need. They keep your requests and convenience a priority. A cleaning staff also needs appreciation. They’re very helpful and friendly. They’ll make sure everything is perfect in the building and in your apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, and all the needful electrical appliances. Furniture is comfortable and have ample of space in wardrobes/ cupboards in the apartment that can fit even huge luggages. Bathroom is bigger in size and I find that one of the plus point. It’s located at a city centre so needless to say the convenience for travelling to any point from here. The market, train stations, park (if you have kids) everything is nearby and walkable distance. There’s nothing negative to say except for a suggestion to have a kids play room or play area. Thank you for the amazing service!

Almost everything ist top: The location, 20min by foot to the railway-station, 5min to bus or tube, 10min to supermarket, restaurant and the Alster-Channel. But the same time quiet because in the middle of a residential area. The communication with the staff- answering within a few hours and very polite and informative. Check-in/out super easy! And in my opinion it is top having the front door as well as the Apartment-door locked with a key-pad! Gives you the feeling of being very safe! Inside a lift, washing-room, Lounge. The room - best size, very, very clean and everything is looking new and is functionating! Not my general experience! Comfortable bed, nice, clean kitchen (with microwave, 2 cooking-plates, fridge, dishwasher!, boiler and nespresso) and bathroom! Very good WLAN and funny turn-around-TV.What I did not like so much: I was given an apartment on the ground or better underground-floor. Here blinds would be nice to have. In the kitchen there could be one or two more kettles. I somehow missed a little broom for putting together crumbs or stuff like that. And most important - I did not find out where to bring the rubbish, especially the recycling stuff!!! Please give information about that!!!

we found a bed bug in our room and we call the emergency number they said they can't do anything so we had to move and find a new hotel at midnight. never again these self check in hotels never

+This apartment is not very far from Hamburg central station. Well connected through U-bahn and Bus. Facilities available in room are adequate for a comfortable living like a home..

Well furnished and maintained apartments with excellent service and friendly staff. Location in Hamburg is perfect. Would certainly return on next long term trip to Hamburg.
