I stayed at the hotel seeing the river view. The view is great. The hotel serves delicious food: salmon is very fresh and not salty, breads are very crispy and delicious. The server is a little weird. My coworker had been waiting very long time because some reserved room was not cleaned. But the server didn't apologize the delay. It is problem of the hotel. The things are good except a problem to stay at the hotel. I want to give 4.6 stars.

An excellent hotel if you are visiting Airbus or one of the other aerospace companies in Finkenwerder. The rooms are very comfortable, the WiFi is good. My room was a bit warm and the pillow was quite poor but other than that it was great.The hotel has a very nice terrace looking out over the Elbe river. It’s a lovely place to have a drink in the evening or enjoy your breakfast.Breakfast is good with a wide range of fresh food.There is a ferry stop right next to the hotel is you want to get into the centre of Hamburg after work.

Very Bad service from the waitress in the bar. She complained because we ask a diner at 20h20 (our aircraft just landed). During the 3 days, she was not amiable with us. We felt she was not happy to serve us. We did not understand what we did wrong. The last day, she threw our credit card ticket on us. Very not appropriate behaviour. This is the first time I experimented such behaviour in a hotel.... I will never come back again.Curtains in the room let the light pass early in the morning.We will share this experience in our company community.

Good experienceGot back from work it was past 22.00 restaurant was closed still the waiter found ways and got me some vegetable pasta which were pretty goodThe rooms were spacious. A kettle would have been niceLots of parking space, the wifi worked 2 out of 3 days, it keep cutting offBreakfast was expensive but nice choice

We enjoyed the perfect location by the river, close enough to Hamburg at the same time far enough from the city crowd.Our room was good but not so big. The perfect view compensate for the room size.Breakfast was good but the restaurant was not air-conditioned therefore the air in there was sticky during the busy hours.The personnel could be more friendly. Maybe because of the handover there is a bit of a lack of motivation.We would stay there again next time we go to Hamburg.

This is a hotel that still has understanding about good customer experience. Even I did not end up (yet) to be their customer. But the behavior of the front desk personnel, how they handled my mistakes, made me want to be the customer, and bring my group there, the next time I will go to Hamburg :)They apparently still understand that we all make mistakes, and they did not charge me even they had the possibility/right to do so.I think that's also something that all customers should think when we step into the hotel, that they also are allowed to make mistakes and it's not the end of the world, and the best possible behavior is always helping to get the best possible result for all.The customer is not always right (at least not this time)
