Truly horrible. I arrived with my elderly parents (who arrived after a long trip from the US...), only a guard to check us in and the room they gave us was up a narrow staircase at the end of a dark hallway, with the bathroom at the BOTTOM …

Terrible experience. Booked a room for my elderly parents. They gave us a room at the end of the hall, at the top of a narrow staircase with a bathroom at the bottom of the stairs. They had no one to assist to move rooms upon checkin, offered no sympathy or assitance when we informed them that the room was inappropriate, and told me that I WAS TO BLAME for not telling them that my parents were HANDICAPPED (they're not...). I'd literally rather stay in a crack house..which coincidentally, this place closely resembles. Do yourself a favor and AVOID.

Easy to find, the reception was very friendly over the phone, and at check in they advised us in parking and the City.Breakfast was also good, got our own little mixed plate, and fit perfect with the price.Free parking from 8PM in the evening till 9AM in the morning, and then you can buy a day ticket for 10 EURO, which is much better than hour prices. We would gladly come back a second time.

Central Location and nice staff, but the room is a bit disappointing, no private bathroom and sound proofing is bad. The room is dusty, too old to block the cold out. I couldn’t sleep well and got sick the next day. 120 is overpriced

Caution! This hotel in Hamburg is one of the worst, so read about my experience before booking:Heating: There's no functional heating during winter due to the old building, making the rooms quite cold.Customer Care: The hotel lacks a 24-hour receptionist, and the phone is unreachable. In the middle of the night, there's no one available despite claims of a night porter (though, in my experience, this person was not present in their designated room).Location: It's more like a hostel than a hotel, situated on the 2nd floor of a building with other hotels.Lack of Customer Communication: Despite reporting the heating issue in my room during the early afternoon, the receptionist promised to check with a technician. Unfortunately, they didn't inform me personally or through email/message about the status of the heating system. Consequently, when I returned to the room at night, there was still no heating, and there was no one to address the complaint with. Furthermore, there's no functioning telephone number to contact.Price: Considering the cost, there are better options worth exploring.

Stayed a few days midweek to sample Hamburg. Nearby stephensplatz U bahn and also S bahn. Situated second floor of a large building, a small lift is available. COVID measures require mask wearing in common areas during winter 2023. …

Beware! They will charge you for a full stay even if you try to change the reservation! Terrible customer service. Booked a room through a conference booking system and it reserved a room without a bathroom! With no clear description! I tried to modify the reservation days before I was to arrive. This hotel is shockingly inflexible. I have never received such poor customer service.

The central heating of our bedroom was not working. We gave notice twice but no one helped us.Temperatures were extremely low indicating -2 ° but windchill factor -4. We paid around 200Eur for that night and we just got a bottle of wine as compensation (funny as we don't drink alcohol). After writing a complaint email to the hotel, we got an answer saying that we didn't inform the receptionist about our room number (funny, so simple pretext).

Terrible, could hear every noise in the room next door, even their extra romantic activities …would not recommend if you want a good nights sleep 😴 The food in the restaurant was great! The reception staff were friendly.||||
