Easy booking and check-in at terminal at hotel entrance at 1:30am!! Room clean. Bed comfortable, mattress firm no dents. Windows soundproof. Pull-down blinds complete dark.

My family stayed here 3 nights. Staff was kind, clean rooms. WC and Shower in the room. Perfect for budget and short stays.

Overall, I had a great experience with this hotel in which I stayed for three days in a 2-bed room consisting of a double-bed and a single bed on top.Pros:+ self-check in for 24h+ reception for most of the day+ clean room with a toilet, shower, sink, mirrors, lights, bin, television, table, chair, window that can be opened multiple ways+ shower handle with shower gel instead of an awful waterfall placement from above+ air conditioner, heater and already prepared room with towels and ready-made beds+ multiple lighting settings include a cool surround light which is very very dim (perfect at night) and located on the walls+ very friendly and helpful staff who go out of their way to provide a great service:+ reception staff: friendly and welcoming; explain what to do well; will even store and reheat a delivered pizza for you+ call customer service: go out of their way to help you with bookung including re-bookings even if you haven't taken the option to cancel the room+ cleaning service: quiet and friendly people who will clean and exchange towels even in the afternoon when you remove the "Do not disturb." sign+ clean and comfortable public area with a breakfast/eating room right next to the reception -> two relatively quiet televisions broadcasting NTV; you can eat there and get cutlery and dishes even outside of the breakfast times+ 6-digit password door instead of having a key or card which can be lost+ free wifi+ convenience machines offering breakfast drinks and snacks+ accessible micro-wave and mini oven for reheating or baking something+ benches outside to sit on+ right next to a gym and a few steps from a REWE and small parkCons:- slow WiFi without a passport -> safety issue?- weird integration of the bathroom: separate toilet room with two rolls of thin paper and a brush- sink and shower in the main room; mini bar soap (instead of liquid dispenser); outlet dangerously close to the sink+/- really thick winter blankets: too hot for me personally despite already having set a lower room temperature- light switches located right behind the head at the wall: accidentally switched on during sleeping/reading and glow slightly so the room isn't pitch-black- benches outside and area partially covered in dove poo and cigarette ash -> same square metres are quite dirty- shower handle was slightly broken so a few water shots went to the sides instead of frontwardsAside from the light switch placement and having to leave the toilet to then wash my hands in the main room, the rest were very minor inconveniences. The hard-working staff in particular is one of the reasons why I will definitely consider booking this hotel again next time. I am also impressed by how nice and clean my room was with not an ounce of dust under the bed or a dirty toilet. My white socks stayed white walking around the room without shoes on.

Absolutely very amazing hotel IBIS BUDGET ,while i was touring in Hamburg City, the things that really attarcket me is how their rooms are so clean , the Toilette and amazing bed , I sleep very confortable and qeuit amazing, more over there was very nice breakfest and many different types of breakfest like german breakfest, Britishbreakfest .I would like also to Highlight unforgetable warm receptions from the staff .All i would like to say , thank you once more you guys🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞.
