Title: Avoid Centrum Hotel Commerz - Terrible Experience!I had an absolutely horrible experience with Centrum Hotel Commerz and would never recommend staying here.First and foremost, the staff was incredibly rude and dismissive. When I arrived at the hotel, I was shocked to find that my booking had been canceled at the very last minute without any notification or explanation. When I tried to inquire about the situation, the staff simply ignored my requests and offered no assistance or apology. They acted as if I was an inconvenience rather than a paying customer.To make matters worse, it was the night of a Taylor Swift concert, and almost all hotels in the area were fully booked. This meant that my family and I were left scrambling to find accommodations at the last minute. We ended up having to pay five times the original price for a place to stay that night, which was a huge and unexpected expense.Overall, this experience was incredibly stressful and frustrating. Centrum Hotel Commerz clearly does not care about its customers and has no problem leaving them stranded without any recourse. If you're planning a trip to the area, do yourself a favor and book somewhere else. Avoid this hotel at all costs!

I would highly recommend this hotel if you are planning a group booking. Our booking was for 16 people who were all complimentary of the hotel and staff. Great location too very near to Altona station, the rail network was very our preferred method of transport.

We stayed here for 4 nights and had a good time. The price was decent for a very central hotel in Altona. The staff was very nice and friendly at check-in. Our room was also really clean. If you have mobility issues it might be wise to request a room on the lower floors since there is no elevator due to the age of the building. It was not a problem for us.

Not good enough for the price paid. I paid more than 100 euros per night, but the place was very very basic. Service is okay, but no lifts. And I was given a room in 3rd floor and they won’t carry my baggage. Very inconvenient!! Location is good though, if you are travelling hands free.

Location is not close to the downtown, you have to take metro in Altona Station (200 mt). The area is really nice, shops, bars. We payed for breakfast but they are not offering that. CHECK IT BEFORE. That was very bad surprise. …

For this price it's a great hotel! Very friendly service and great location. The room was clean, everything is just a bit shabby & old but that was totally fine with us. Again, the price & friendly staff are great.
