This was my first stay at an aparthotel, so perhaps my expectations were a bit too high.The location is excellent, with the U3 subway line nearby, making it easy to explore Hamburg.The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and while the beds were comfortable, they were on the firmer side.The amenities were also a plus, especially the well-equipped kitchen, which had everything needed for cooking small meals.However, my room was on the ground floor next to the hallway door, leading to frequent noise disturbances.Over my three-night stay, there was no housekeeping service, and I didn’t receive fresh towels, which was a letdown.Additionally, the view from my room was onto a large, high wall, which made the space feel a bit claustrophobic.

Great hotel with amazing hospitality. As soon as we entered, they offered us dog treats and gave us the bag and free coffee and water (available 24/7) as well as apple juice. The receptionist was very friendly and the price is affordable and has a high value. The rooms aren’t huge but are organised well so that each person has a comfortable space. The rooms are clean and practical but the beds and pillows are a bit uncomfortable. It is close to the U3 U-Bahn line, which connects you to the city centre well. It is not far from the centre.

Not far from downtown, but public transport or car is recommended. Bike rentals are available.Rooms were very clean and if you book the superior studio with a bed couch, there is a closable door, so it's big enough for 2 kids and 2 adults.The kitchen is well equipped and you can get some supplies and appliances at the reception.Breakfast looked good and is free for kids under 3. We didn't book it, because we had the kitchen.Good coffee machine, free coffee, tea, water 24h, professional WMF machine.Nice little gym and outdoor area and a pretty play area for little kids.Parking in the underground car park is a bit pricey and there's not much space in there. If you're arriving late and staying only the night, you might get free street parking just outside, but during the day public parking costs money and is 3 hrs max.Friendly and helpful staff, did some rebookings and sent several emails, they responded promptly and helped me out.I recommend booking through the ALL app, there's a discount.All in all, great experience at good price for Hamburg.

I enjoyed my stay here. The location is strategic, and easily accessible.Talking of the reception, the staff are awesome is interfacing with clients/lodgers. They mostly have this smile, while talking to you, that makes you feel at home and cared for. And my shout out to Natallia, Anastasia! These are awsome receptionists. Kudos to the entire team. I’ll love to stay here again.

I never do public hotel reviews but also I’ve never had such a negative experience in a hotel.One of the reasons we chose this hotel was for the parking they offered. Unfortunately when we arrived to the hotel they told us it wasn’t available and send us to another parking that wasn’t there so we ended up getting a parking place in another hotel. This was annoying because we were traveling with a senior that needs assistance for walking. The only thing the staff said was that they were sorry and can’t do anything about it. So we can go and find another parking.The last day of our stay people from the hotel kept on opening our door while we were there, making our time there uncomfortable.I’ve stayed in different adagio hotels in Europe and never had this experience, I’m sorry but this wasn’t a nice experience, I won’t be staying here again.This is my feedback, I hope if you stay in this hotel your stay is better than ours.

The aparthotel is located quite close to the city center but still you need to take U-bahn to get there. The area is very peaceful and quiet, and you can take a walk to the lake is your like. The rooms are very small for 4 persons, but the bathroom and kitchen are well-equipped. We had a tiny coffee machine but not a kettle; later we discovered that we can borrow one. The job cooker was operational but the microwave had its door jammed. So the experience is mixed, especially compared to other Adagios (we've been in many of them).

This hotel is terrible, the family room was a 2 person room filled with extra beds so there was 0 space to use the so called “kitchen”. And that was just the nice part of the stay.The reception is very incompetent, rude and to my knowledge uneducated. 10 out of 10 would piss on the wall of that hotel. Hope the staff gets better soon because the way they behave dosent make it look they got something nice going for them. Terrible stay!

The hotel is located close to the metro, in a generally decent area. It is clean, has friendly staff, offers 24/7 hot and cold water, and has a free coffee machine.
