We had booked a nice 1-bed apartment and were very pleased, small but nice. Everything you need is there, very clean and attractive.When we moved in, the beds and mattress were great, but the bed frames, made of wood, made very loud noises with every movement, you could even hear it from the next room.But all in all it was great and we would definitely come back and recommend it.The key handover takes place about 300m up the street at the Hotel Hohenzollern.This is all in the arrival email and is easy. Simply return the item back to the hotel at reception and pay the bill.Thank you very much 😊

Short-term decision to go to Bad Kissingen for a weekend.Since we arrived late (2 people) we had to collect the keys from the safe at the hotel. Spa cards and arrival forms should be filled out. But since there were only keys and no papers, we rang the hotel bell. But then the statement came the next day. We planned this time differently.When we arrived at the guesthouse, we noticed that we had gotten the larger room for 3 people and therefore paid online. As you can see from the picture, the rooms are furnished somewhat in the old style. The floor cracked everywhere. But okay.Unfortunately for me personally the bathroom is a disaster. There's enough space for the sink, but there's not enough space for the shower and toilet. We couldn't even sit properly or get in or out of the shower. I think it's very dangerous and way too small for me.The bed was comfortable for us and we were able to sleep well.There was also a small mini balcony.We didn't need the kitchen, TV or dining table.You have to look for a parking space, but we were always able to find one on the weekend.

Apartment on the basement floor.Definitely not a non-smoking room, even though it says so in the “welcome” folder and was booked that way. When I arrived it definitely smelled like a room where people used to smoke. Even half a day of airing didn't change that.Bathroom from the late 70s or early 80s (rooms probably too) You can like it, you don't have to, it's not contemporary.The water in the sink won't drain unless you pull out the stuck drain plug with your fingernails. Cold water comes in a very thin stream, almost a trickle.The TV is contemporary, but the internet reception didn't work and 14 out of 20 programs said "No channel available" or blatant picture disturbances made it completely impossible to enjoy TV. From program position 21 I stopped clicking through.You will look in vain for a wastebasket.Service in the reception (300 m from the accommodation): yes, I was told before that I could leave my suitcase in the reception during the day. Today I was able to leave the suitcase, but had to pick it up again before 2 p.m. because the reception would be closed then. MThe only advantage of the accommodation: it is clean and it is spacious.At least my complaint was listened to politely and calmly when I left. That's why I gave it two stars instead of just one.Maybe other rooms here are better, I can't judge that, I think this apartment is completely unacceptable.

Bad Kissingen is worth a trip, whether young or old. My apartment in the Mittmann guest house is completely sufficient for me, a large bed, a bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen. TV, hairdryer, lots of storage space, everything is available. Price performance is completely okay. It is very quiet in the house. The beautiful spa park, Luitpoldipark, is right behind the house. I'd love to come back.

I have been a guest at the Mittmann guesthouse for three weeks now. I really liked it straight away, so I booked for further stays straight away.The location is very nice next to a park and is very central, so you can get anywhere in a few minutes.I'm already looking forward to my next visit to the Mittmann guesthouse.

The rooms offer space, the beds are large and comfortable. The guest house does not have its own reception. This is located approx. 400 m further opposite the Röhn rehabilitation clinic. (you could note this in the booking documents). Our room also had a small kitchen. We were only there one night. Was absolutely sufficient for our purposes. There is also a washing machine in the basement.Everything was very clean, but dated. The bathroom could use a few new silicone joints.From the guest house it is approx. 1 km to the thermal baths. In the other direction, about 200 m to the train station and about 600 m to the casino or the city center.

The room is in the basement and still smelled like cold smoke even though the whole house is a non-smoking house.It was enough for us for one night but is intended more as a long-term (weekly, I suspect) domicile for those who have a short-term job in the area.

Beautiful location right next to the park, perfectly clean, nice room, well-equipped kitchen, affordable price, gladly again!

Reservation worked.Rooms neat and clean.Gladly again...! Maybe if it works, then a few days.It's more likely to be booked with a balcony!

We were very satisfied with the accommodation. In the kitchen the cutlery tray could be checked again: the knives are blunt, as are the scissors, there are only a few spoons...
