The room was small but nice. The bathroom has been newly renovated. Overall a good impression.There were little things that didn't fit.The sink is so small that you can hardly wash your hands. The soap dispenser is directly above so that you can't put your head/face near the sink.Definitely skip breakfast. Low quality ingredients.

Very comfortable room and friendly staff.Breakfast was nicely prepared and definitely sufficient.The only thing that could be annoying for some people is the fact that the road can be heard due to the location, but that didn't bother me.We'll be back next time you're in the area!

Nicely decorated and modern facilities. This is the second time we have stayed here on business for the trade fair and we will be coming back here for the third time. I find the bed a bit hard but that's a question of taste. Keep it up and the price/performance ratio is absolutely right here. Greetings from Berlin

Everything is great so far! Price performance ok, there is one small thing, the sink in the bathroom is too small, and the soap dispenser also hung directly above it so that there is no more space for the basin, which is already too small!

Very friendly staff, loving room service, good value for money, well organized. The rooms are very clean and modern and the guesthouse is in a great starting point for excursions in the Bavarian Spessart region (be it hikes in nature or city visits such as Aschaffenburg, Würzburg, etc. - bus stop just a few steps away from the guesthouse, and there are also parking facilities directly at the guesthouse). Free WiFi available and shared use of a comfortably designed roof terrace and a refrigerator in the guesthouse hallway for storing your own food and drinks free of charge. Drinks stored there can also be taken from the guesthouse for a fee.The only downside: the rooms facing the street can unfortunately be a bit noisy at night - depending on the traffic situation. In general, the insulation of the rooms could be better, as a certain amount of noise can also penetrate into the room from the hallway.

The best guesthouse I know!Nice rooms and great furniture, the mattress on the bed was really comfortable. Even the breakfast was unusual and rich! Absolutely recommended and better than some old hotels.

Nice clean room, only found the shower tray very high to get in, making getting out dangerous! otherwise fine to spend the night.
