The rooms are big and nice. But there's not much to do with kids.We stayed there for 2 nights.No children events on Day 1, Sunday.Day 2 all events were cancelled not sure why.The play area is very small. My 3 year old got bored in 1 hour.The pool is nice. Very less food options in breakfast and dinner.The vacation way ok. Not visitng again.

We went to this hotel for a Corporate event of about 250 people.
Rooms were spacious and clean. Food was no highlight but good enough.
The event area was spacious and modern. It was far away enough from rooms to allow for rest besides having a major party close by

All was solved at the end, just sad that it couldn't be in the beginningIt seems the guests are never wright and they all lie 😅 yess, i already saw i'm not the only ine saying it wasn't clean. We went to level 14 and there it's better.Now changed to two stars because wifi is already nothing for two days in a row in the evening. And please... People must say also the good things not only the bad but it doesn't mean that they are not wright...The general picture is very good. Staff are also polite. breakfast in order!However, we arrived at a construction site in the evening. everything stuck in cardboard. friends had recommended the hotel but were really dissatisfied with the construction site. After all, this was not mentioned when booking. We could get an upgrade to a deluxe apartment for ** euros per night more . Normally this is more. However, this was deceptive. We pay more but didn't get any of the normal luxury when paying for a deluxe room, just the clean renovated apartment wich was beautifull.But basically we got nothing extra as a gift. Normally you get bathrobes, free cleaning,... No, we have to pay an extra 10 euros on top of the expensive price. We think it is expensive for what it is. You come to eat at 7.45 pm, which is included in your package and almost nothing was refilled anymore. Restaurant dirty if you want to take a seat but also cold, this may still be related to corona?.Heating did not work in the room, but a technician was quickly called in, which is also top service. The bath is a bit too cold for babies. The play attraction is good for the little ones.Just very disappointed and wednesday a lot of money poorer 😅

The hotel is relatively old, some of the rooms are redecorated, some are not redecorated, and the rooms are a little cold in winter. The children's playground is very big, the swimming pool is also very good, the water is very warm, breakfast and dinner buffet, the taste is OK.💢💢💢Encountered a very unhappy experience in the hotel, a bespectacled hotel receptionist attitude is very bad, shouting is very uneducated, such an attitude as the receptionist is very unsuitable for the originally pleasant holiday for three days, because her bad attitude seriously affected the mood. The attitude of the young waitress on duty at night is very good, in sharp contrast to why others can be patient and friendly, while that person can't.The hotel is generally good, but the waiter makes us feel too sad to recommend friends.

The location is magic. it is located in a very green and protected forest.the hotel has all comfort everyone needs. size of the room is great and has big balcony overlooking the forest/nature.we stayed there 4 consecutive week ends and we loved it very much. if you are looking for a place where to relax and to enjoy the nature and hiking... this is the place.It suitable for couple as well as for family with kids as they have plenty of outdoor and indoor games/activities including mini golf, covered swimming pool, etc..

Great location, helpful staff, really calm and far from any noise. great for a relaxing vacation.mostly focused on kids but also has some fun activities for adults.breakfast and dinner are high quality and with a good variety of dishes to select.wifi quality can sometimes be bad.The swimming pool could be a little bit bigger, it gets crowded sometimes.A little bit expensive based on the quality and facilities.

Great value for the money and a terrific vacation for us (parents) and the kids! We chose the half pension option for a week for two adults and two small children. When I told my husband how much it would cost, he didn't believe me and double checked the price. Then he asked if I read the reviews on the place, because we have stayed at other all inclusive family resorts and they were much more expensive. I had, they were all good, and we booked it. No regrets at all. First, the location is way out in nature in gorgeous, hilly Bavaria and the vistas look like a painting. The hiking trails are great and challenging, and we were mostly alone whenever we went on a trek. The hotel is clean and pretty, with lots to do for everyone. The kids (2 and 4) loved the kindergarten and the crafting room, and were completely wild for the pool and the huge indoor playground. We (the adults) loved the sauna, the kindergarten which gave us some daily alone time (hooray for good childcare included in the price!), the food and the hikes. Actually, we all loved the food and the hikes. Admittedly, there were some nights that the evening buffet had food that was not totally my thing (I am still an American even though I have lived in Germany for some time and in the food sense I have not totally acclimated), but there was always a yummy soup and a big salad bar as well as other staples available that I enjoyed (not going to lie, I did visit the kids' buffet on more than one occasion...pretty good stuff there). For lunch, definitely get the pizza!! Best I have had in a long time. Long story short, this place is great and a huge value for the money. Highly recommend!
