The location is pretty central which is a plus. The hotel has no reception, you communicate via whatsapp with the owner. The rooms were clean, but very poorly equipped - basically just a bed, small table and bathroom - no wardrobe, no water boiler or mini fridge etc. The lights in our room were not working properly, the heater made noise at night and also the upper part of the door was broken. The main door was all the time not locked- anyone could have enter the hotel which did not feel safe. Overall, it is an okay stay, but next time we would not go there.

Boutique hotel takes on a new meaning- not unique but small, v small. There’s nothing other than the Room which was well kept maybe because the hotel is new. “Reception” in the Laundry room(!) is manned till 2pm only. …

The hotel is well located between the train station and the city center. We had a room on the 3rd floor under the attic. In summer the room is very warm. Unfortunately there is no air conditioning, only a fan. One window sash can be opened, the other can hardly be opened because the TV (huge in relation to the room) is in the way. The room is 85% bed. There is very little space for 2 people. There are no real places to put suitcases without blocking your path. Unfortunately, a lamp by the bed hangs wobbly from the wall. The separate bathroom is clean, but there is a very unpleasant smell coming from the sink spout, which also extends into the sleeping area. Sufficient for a short stopover, but in my opinion this room is too small even for 2 people.

The rooms are equipped with everything you need and the location is great! You can easily reach everything on foot.Handing over the keys via the key box also worked smoothly. There are (quite expensive) parking options in the surrounding area.The beds were comfortable. However, you can clearly see that the rooms have been furnished cheaply and the cleanliness of the rooms still has room for improvement.Conclusion:The rooms are sufficient for a short trip.

I have never experienced a hotel with absolutely no staff before, the whole thing seems very impersonal and uninviting. The room's furnishings were rather sparse, which is crazy for the price asked. The cleanliness could also be worked on. The location is convenient, close to the train station, but not a great view.

I had a longer stay and am very satisfied! The staff was very friendly. The reception was staffed until 3 p.m. every day and was available 24 hours a day by phone or WhatsApp.Beds (box spring beds) super comfortable! Breakfast is not offered, but they gave me several recommendations that were within a 3-minute walk.The hotel is very new and clean. Small but nice:)I will come back to you when I am in Würzburg.kind regards Jenny
