The location in Wertheim is very good. The hotel rooms are perfectly fine. Only the ladies at reception seemed somehow unprofessional to me. The reception was also rarely staffed. You always had to call first until someone came.

Not recommended. Breakfast was amazing, the boss - or whoever he is - comes in shabby clothes and takes the sausage from the buffet with his hands. The long-haired service worker is happy that she was able to save the last boiled egg for the boss. Scrambled eggs had been gone for a long time and were not refilled. Beds were carelessly made or not made at all.The prudent and nice short-haired service staff was totally overwhelmed when she left - she didn't know what she had to charge - was not allowed to use the computer for data protection reasons ???!. Tourist tax was demanded in cash, receipt was not given. The location of the hotel is actually worth its weight in gold, but unfortunately nothing is done with it.

Hotel in the center in an ancient building. Clean rooms, courteous staff. Perfectly modernized bathroom. The quadruple room consists of two separate rooms

Unfortunately the price/performance ratio doesn't match here! A very cheap breakfast for €15, dirty towels, etc. It's a shame we can't recommend it

We spent a night here with friends on our bike tour. We were welcomed very friendly. We were able to safely store bicycles in the shed next to the hotel. There is a steep staircase up to the rooms, which may not be suitable for people with walking difficulties. The rooms are very large and very clean. Our bathroom was tiny, given the structure of the building it couldn't be any different. Breakfast was also very good, coffee machine available, you really can't complain here. The very nice man who welcomed us even called Wertheim Castle and had us reserve a table. We'll be back, we felt very comfortable.

In this hotel you are accommodated absolutely centrally and you will be greeted in a friendly manner by the owner-managed staff and will give you advice if you have any questions about the area. You can park in the nearby public parking garages and parking lots. In July 2023, 24 hours of parking here cost €3.50.The rooms are clean (the only thing that couldn't keep up with the constant use of the shower was the mold stains) and functional. The whole hotel is well maintained and has some of its charm and design showing its age.The price-performance ratio is good. The breakfast for the price and offer is absolutely cheap and very extensive.Unfortunately, the windows cannot be completely darkened.

We are very happy with the hotel, everything is fine, only the hotel sign could be bigger (laugh), we walked past it twice. PS: For future visitors, look for the bike above the entrance...

Nice hotel in the middle of the old town. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast is good. Public parking garage is 100 meters away and costs 5 euros per day. Not suitable for people with disabilities as there are steep stairs leading into the hotel. No elevator.
