This was my 2nd stay at the Pelikan Hotel and I cant complain. It is quiet and within walking distance of the city center. It is clean and cozy and has a nice breakfast buffet and free wifi. I did have a problem with noise this visit. …

Pelikan Hotel is a small and nice hotel.||Breakfast is good but closes a 9am. ||Rooms are basic. Service is great and people are helpful.||||The hotel is near to motorway and has access to cities around easily.||Pelikan hotel has its own parking and even when full parking is available on the street.

Hotel have Wi-Fi and internet conection, Satelite TV and oldschool garniture. Every rooms have Bathroom with closet and shower. Nothing bugs, nothing rats. That's positive things and negativ is for example the buffet is open only from 8am to 9am. Shop to close is 1,6km long and restorant is just in centrum of the city. Parking is too small 4-5 cars, but you can't have Dodge, Mustang or Humer.

love this place, it was clean, quite and cute place to stay in. would defiantly go again. if you looking for an affordable place and not fancy this is your choice. Perfect for a little Romanic get away.

I spent about half a year there, out of necessity. Service consists of an employee with little knowledge of German, but nice and courteous. The hotel itself urgently needs renovation. The central location is good. I've never tried breakfast. Otherwise the rooms are very noisy, you can hear every step in the hallway. Ok for short overnight stays, but not for vacations.

A stay with a very mixed impression. The location is good, not far from the Main cycle path and just a few minutes' walk to Kitzingen. Unfortunately there is no secure storage for bicycles. The room was quite small, the stairs to the second floor were quite steep. Older house, so cannot be changed. Service is rather difficult due to the knowledge of German, but it's okay. The inside of the hotel was recently renovated and the outside is currently being remodeled. However, the sanitary facilities were handled by a “semi-professional”. The connections between the toilet cistern and the heater seem a bit improvised and when the heater is reconnected, a new thermostat is also installed. The cleanliness is also so good. Rooms and bedding make a good impression, but the bathroom needs a little more attention. You can still overlook the smaller limescale edges and red mold spots in the shower, but the fact that the shower curtain is completely covered in mold for about 30 cm from the bottom is not possible. And there's the language barrier thing again. I don't think that my complaint about the stuck window, the loose hairdryer (loose cable) and the shower curtain will really find its target and be remedied.!!! But: if you book and pay for two stars, you can't expect five stars. Because the price was okay and for one night it's easy to turn a blind eye.

Well, if you're not squeamish and are looking for somewhere to sleep near the city center, you can stay here. But it's all old and worn out. Not comfortable at all. Bathroom was clean, but the overall impression is just terrible. Everything squeaks and falls down... we didn't dare go without breakfast. But the location is great and very central. I think we got a good room and were luckier than others. Therefore 2 stars. But I wouldn't book there again. ACCOMMODATION describes it better. It shouldn't be called a hotel. But there was nothing else free...

Vacation in the Lost Place. Unfortunately, the Pelikan looks more like a lost place than a hotel, both inside and out. It is long past its glory days and is in urgent need of renovation. If you're looking for somewhere dry to stay overnight and don't want to sleep in the car, this is the place for you.
