Very neat and comfortable apartment that exceeds expectations. We were welcomed very friendly by the hostess. The rooms are in excellent condition and in terms of hygiene you will not find this quality in a 5-star hotel! Absolutely recommended!

We received a very friendly welcome. The accommodation was very clean and well furnished. The bed was very comfortable, there was definitely no saving in the purchase and it shows. Parking right in front of the door. The kitchen could use some more equipment (pan, large cups, etc.). A coffee machine could still be purchased.

We were shown 3 studios one after the other.We would get the first studio, approx. 30m², with bed and sofa bed, as contractually guaranteed, as the best, for an additional charge of 20€/night.We rejected the second studio, approx. 20m², without a sofa because it did not correspond to the contract (bed and sofa).We could get the third studio, approx. 25m², with a sofa and bed, but only for two nights because then guests would come. After that we would have to move to the smaller studio.We asked to be allowed to stay in the third studio we had already moved into. Just as was agreed in the contract (sofa and bed).This caused displeasure with the landlord, who, after an argument, complied with our request, but banned us from entering the house in the future.For us, this entire behavior of the landlord was very unpleasant, rude and incomprehensible.Among other things, the landlord said that it would have been better to book directly with him anyway and not through a rental platform.All in all not recommended.

For work reasons, I lived in this beautiful accommodation from Monday to Friday for two months and was able to test out a few different apartments. All were equipped to a high standard and sparkling clean. The key handover was reliable and absolutely problem-free. Individual requests were responded to immediately. The proximity to the many supermarkets is very pleasant, and you can be on the Main in just a few minutes. There are sufficient parking spaces available directly at the accommodation. The house is in a quiet location, so sleeping with the window open is no problem. If I'm in the area again, I will definitely stay with Mr. Seyar again.

First promises a free apartment and then shortly beforehand changes everything again.I find this quite dubious and in my opinion such behavior is not appropriate, especially when it concerns his company.I do not recommend staying here in this regard.We just wanted to have a place to sleep on New Year's Eve, this was promised to us in one way and everything was ruined just as quickly.No trust.Just sad!

I very rarely write a review but I have to give it a huge shout out here.Very flexible, requests are addressed in the best possible way, nice clean rooms.Since something went wrong with the payment and the electronics malfunctioned, I was informed on the same day that there was a double debit so that a solution could be found for me as quickly as possible. Very trustworthy and honest.Everything was great and many companies can use this as a perfect example.
