Apartments are newly renovated and very well equipped. Service staff speak almost no German and understand nothing. Nevertheless, they are super friendly and competent. Perfect central location with good opportunities for shopping and walking. Gladly again

Well, I can't even describe what it was like.Furniture was broken, the rooms, kitchen and bathroom were dirty, the ashtray had not been emptied, the balcony was in a very deplorable condition, there were remnants of plaster everywhere because, according to the landlord, the windows had been replaced. The backyard/yard looks like a construction site that has been on break for 3 years. ...so I never again. I'll leave the service aside, maybe something else will come up.The central location was positive, you could reach everything within a short walk.Definitely not a recommendation.

Another wonderful stay in Bad Kissingen; this time with a holiday apartment right next to the spa park... ideal for us dog owners!The apartment itself is not yet renovated, but it's okay. However, the contact with the landlord was extremely nice and friendly. Mr. Stier is very helpful and open to my suggestions.When the apartment is renovated we will definitely come back!

We moved into an apartment for the weekend for a business trip. The apartments are generously equipped and clean. The highlight is the great view of the park and the proximity to the city center. If you have any questions or problems, a contact person is always available.On weekends it is also possible to park for free on the street in front of the house.We will certainly be happy to inquire here again on our next visit to Bad Kissingen.

At first glance you think it's nice.At second glance, yesLaundry in the dryerEmpty alcohol bottles in an Edeka bag in the storage roomThe smell in the rooms is musty and there is a smell of alcohol.Washing machine in the “bedroom”In the storage room there is a small refrigerator on top of which is the dryer.Toilet should probably be for a kindergarten.I think a person over 1.80m will have big problems walking on it.Cleanliness, well.If you look closer you could really do a lot better. There was some cleaning supplies in the bathroom but nothing to clean the toilet seat etc. So I'm wondering when this was last done.The pillow or whatever it is supposed to represent, well, you lie on it and it's flat and the smell and the not exactly clean apartment make you feel really uncomfortable.I first bought new bed linen and used it.There are garbage bags on the floor outside the apartment, soaked and disgusting. Parking is horrible.Almost doesn't exist.TV in the second room doesn't work eitherWouldn't recommend it
