This hotel is a little heaven on earth! Me and my husband spent three nights here with our baby and had a fantastic time. The hotel is really comfortable and relaxing and the surrounding nature is amazing! The staff are super nice and the buildings are really beautiful with beautiful details! We are so grateful that we found this gem and hope we can come back soon!

Great location and view the hotel and restaurant are located in a peaceful and quiet location. The suite has an amazing view and its very spatious. This said it also needs to be redone the furniture is high quality and properly maintained but I would say it's from the 60s or 70s. The cleanliness of the room was exemplary and the staff was very sharp and welcoming.

Overall, the property feels and looks like it has seen better days and is way past its prime. The facilities seemed outdated; the carpets were bleached, and the bathroom amenities were definitely not what you'd expect from a 4-star hotel. Issues included a shower in the bathtub with a shower curtain, a slight smell, a towel hanger that was loose and about to fall off the wall, doors that got slightly stuck when closing, and some other minor details. The former one-star restaurant currently holds two Gault Millau hats, but we were left wondering how this was possible given the uninteresting and uninspired menu we experienced.The breakfast experience was also below par for a 4-star establishment. Coffee was served from a can, with no other coffee options available, and the jam selection was minimal at best. Additionally, after a hearty start to the meal, there were no new plates available at the buffet.I realize I'm complaining about first-world problems, but given the price and 4-star rating, these issues add up to a significant disappointment.Poor value for money.

We had an overnight stay with work colleagues on a team building. The rooms we got in the building with the reception all have a bug infestation. The bugs are most visible at night, and in my room a large number were crawling on the bed, the carpets and the curtains. Other colleagues had the same bugs in their rooms.Even the hallway carpet linking the rooms above reception were full of these small back insects the size of an apple seed. Unclear if they were bed bugs, but they were the size and general shape of one, yet they were black instead of brown as it appears to be the case with bed bugs from a Google search.No windows were left open, due to the hot weather, so their source was not outdoor bugs coming in, but rather some infestation of the whole building.After pointing this to the hotel management, several of us received rooms in another building (the one with the conference room) which seemed cleaner (no bugs).The kitchen is located in the bug infested building so I was not comfortable eating during our second day. The first day food was ok but arrived significantly later than planned.The view was very nice, but I would not recommend staying at this hotel, nor eating herr

Located on a hill with great views and excellent hiking trails. The rooms are large and comfortable. Staff is excellent and friendly. There a different restaurants on site. We are are gourmet one which was outstanding. One Michelin star. The wine list is also small but great selection.I would recommend.
