We felt very comfortable. They still exist, the people of the heart in the catering industry. The innkeepers were very courteous and attentive. The landlady also took the time to have a nice chat together at the table in the evening.The food was good and plentiful.We slept wonderfully in this idyll and peace.The breakfast table was well laid out, nothing was missing.We'd love to come back.

We had lunch in the beer garden. It's small but really cozy. Food was really very tasty. The lunch menu was quite small, but the few dishes that were available were really great. There was something for everyone: vegetarian, vegan and meat dishes. Food was served quickly. The service was very friendly.

Nice atmosphere and friendly service... and then the food came.Schnitzel with fries 15 euros... the schnitzel wasn't tasty, but the fries were good but the portion size was a disgrace. Ketchup, mayo and a loving presentation could perhaps have justified the price to some extent. A tiny side salad for just under 5 euros was too much of a good thing for me personally.There were 12 of us and apart from one child who only had one ice cream, we were all dissatisfied and shocked about the price-performance ratio.Mushrooms came from a can (honestly? A no-go today!) and I bet my hat that the cake is a pre-made product. (Which is totally okay, but not for the price!)We grudgingly paid and decided that we would no longer visit this beer garden.I actually don't understand why this restaurant has such good reviews.Normally I refrain from giving negative reviews, but what we were served there was simply a disgrace.

We stopped here on Romantische Straße and it was a great success. The price is very reasonable, the treatment from the family that owns it is exquisite, the area is very quiet and the breakfast is very rich and abundant. If you want to spend the night in the area, don't hesitate...

Sabine and Klaus have been good friends for years.We always enjoy coming here. The food is always great. Dad is still cooking here. There is good home cooking.The rooms are also nice and the breakfast is good. In winter the thick duvets are taken out and it is particularly cozy.Beautiful routes for motorcycling
