Here, while on a business trip with some colleagues. The rooms were great and spacious, with lots of features and good size LCD in two rooms. The breakfast was tasty and varied with amazing and friendly service. They were somewhat short staffed but still managed to deliver great quality service.

We spent our first vacation with baby here. We were warmly welcomed. The hotel is beautifully located. The pedestrian zone can be reached in less than 3 minutes. The hotel was clean and well maintained. We got a baby bed and upon request there was also a kettle in the room. The staff was very friendly towards us and our daughter. We will definitely come back again.

Been there for the second time after renovation, room clean and enough to stay overnight. One can only praise the young team. We sat on the terrace, the bar was actually closed, the employee was in the building for an event and still asked about our drink requests...that's service! Keep it up😊

We booked two nights including breakfast in the Rhönkitz. After checking in and seeing the room for the first time, we were shocked to find that the room was very small. The specified 18 sqm includes a narrow hallway and the bathroom, which reduced the actual room area to a maximum of 10 sqm. There were no cupboards. The clothes you brought with you had to stay in the suitcase, which then had to be placed in front of the bed as a tripping hazard. At the reception we asked about another accommodation option, but this was not possible at the time of travel (the receptionist probably didn't have the best day that day either). We then spent the day in and around Bad Kissingen, returned in the evening, ended the day in the hotel's lounge/bar and went to bed. In the non-air-conditioned room we left the window open overnight. The bed was very uncomfortable and (in addition to the outside noise that was present throughout the night) did not help us to feel even remotely relaxed and comfortable.We therefore decided to leave after breakfast after a rather sleepless night with back pain. By the way, the breakfast was also a disappointment (baked rolls, manageable buffet, especially for vegetarians).Courtesy of the hotel: 15% for the second night (already paid). Too bad, but never again!

Very centrally located hotel.City center within easy walking distance.Rooms are modernly furnished.Beds were a bit uncomfortable.Unfortunately, what wasn't right was that the room was incredibly hot and couldn't be regulated. Had to sleep with the window wide open all night.Service OK. At breakfast at 7:20 a.m. on the weekend, however, there was a notice that breakfast wasn't available until 7:30 a.m., even though everything had apparently already been prepared.

Beautiful, modern hotel in the middle of Bad Kissingen. The rooms were clean and functional - perfect for a few nights!The bar is great, delicious cocktail selection, friendly staff 🍹Breakfast is nothing special, not much choice for vegetarians/vegans, but everyone was full 👍

Rooms very modern and attractive. Location perfect, as free parking is possible with a parking permit and everything important is within walking distance.There was a problem upon arrival that was due to a misunderstanding and was solved by the hotel in a guest-oriented and unbureaucratic manner. Breakfast was very good. Bar was great. Compliments to the bar crew, who not only appeared calm and courteous, but also fulfilled special requests. The atmosphere at the bar invited you to linger. Unfortunately, as is so often the case in the catering industry, the shortage of skilled workers is evident in the form of limited offerings. Dinner was not possible Monday to Wednesday because there was no cook present. But that didn't detract from the situation as there are plenty of options in the area. We will be happy to come back!
