Room is nice with great shower, but check-in system is probably the worst I've ever experienced. We arrived late (they said no problem) and spent 40min trying to check in. The form requires a very large amount of information that is visible to passers-by, and if you have more than one room, you have to repeat the information for each room. Pressing in each field to enter data frequently did not work, and after entering all the data the next button did not work. So I then had to spend 40min on the emergency phone number, to fill in the data 3* more.

Nice clean room. Sleekly furnished and everything available. There's even a kitchen hidden in the closet! Everything happens automatically here, from check-in to room key. I was unable to find a parking garage under the hotel, but you can park (paid) on the street in front of the door. a day ticket from 9am to 7pm costs 3 euros.Walking distance to the center is less than 10 minutes. 5 minutes in the other direction you have an Aldi and Lidl.I would book here again tomorrow, it was great!!!Only downside: quite warm in the room, turned off the blower and opened the window.

Absolutely okay for 1-2 nights - the rooms are simply furnished, but they were very clean. We found the beds very comfortable and the rest of the furnishings were sufficient. It was relatively quiet at night and we were able to sleep well.We had hardly any contact with the service. It was great that we were able to arrange an earlier check-in time. Only the check-in machine was a little more time-consuming. Because you had to start from the beginning for every booking and no contact details were stored. The location of the hotel is really good. Very close to the train station and to the city center. Restaurants and cafés are in the immediate vicinity.Parking spaces can be found directly in front of the house. A day ticket costs €3.

This place deserves 0 stars, but I give it one star for the huge efforts of the cleaning lady, because it was really very clean, and one star for the service, because after an hour of waiting, we finally managed to get in.I highly do NOT recommend this place because:- the apartment we were given had a terrible smell from the sewage pipes. The stench was so bad that I had to sleep with the window open, and when I left my pajamas in the bathroom for a day, it got so stinky that it was no longer suitable for use.- I don't know how it is in Germany with fire control of facilities such as hotels, but it didn't seem safe. The kitchen was hidden in a low (approx. 185 cm high) closed wardrobe, and inside there was an ancient two-burner electric stove heating up. I was stressed about what would happen if someone forgot to turn it off, or a cloth fell on it and it caught fire. There was a fire detector in the room, but there was no sprinkler system or anything like that and the walls and ceiling were wooden. However, there is only a staircase with narrow stairs and I can imagine what the escape would be like for people fleeing in panic during a fire.- double room is a small room with a double bed. I was with someone I didn't want to share a bed with, but I had to.- but the biggest failure was the way of accommodation. There is no reception or any living person who could help with accommodation. We ended up waiting in the cold for an hour, trying to get help (to let us in) by phone in English, but to no avail, so we asked German-speaking friends for help and after an hour we finally managed to get in. Unfortunately, there must have been an electrical surge in the machine that issued room cards and confirmed accommodation, because my payment card was damaged and I couldn't pay with it during my entire stay in Germany. The machine must have damaged it, because I had previously paid at gas stations without any problems during the trip. It was also impossible to gain access to the hotel parking lot and I had to park on the streetOther participants of the trip I took part in also had problems getting to the hotel.- in general, the hotel looks like a dehumanized Chinese dystopian investment equipped with the cheapest furniture and decorated with the same tacky pictures on almost every floor (a picture with the hanging bridge of Asia). People are crammed into small rooms with shoddy furniture. There are pipes wrapped in silver foil everywhere in the corridors and rooms. There is no reception or any living person to help guests. Downstairs there is also a sort of coffee room with only vending machines. Generally, a dystopia like from some novel about a worse future world.

Room clean, centrally located with a room temperature of 28°C, much too warm (you can adjust the air conditioning, but it couldn't go below 25°C 🥵, instructions on how to use it correctly wouldn't have been bad) but you can at least open the windows completely open it so it could cool down

Fully OK for 1-2 nights. Check-in went without any problems. Rooms are simply furnished, but as mentioned, OK for 1-2 nights. There is everything else you need in the surrounding area (bakery, shopping, etc.).

The hotel is in a quiet area. The air conditioning in the rooms doesn't work, so a point is deducted. In itself it is a safety hotel, because not only do you have to open the entrance door with the card that you receive during self-check-in, but also the entrance doors in the hallways to the rooms. The mattresses are not comfortable and the pillows are disastrous. A small kitchen is available, which I consider to be a very good one. If you want to get something to eat, you don't have to walk much, because there is Aldi nearby (about a 5-7 minute walk) and about a 10 minute walk you can also see Kaufland and DM, but also Rewe. I find the prices from the machine in the tea kitchen to be much too expensive. If you look out of the rooms, you can see a wall of the house - that's the "beautiful view".
