The ultimate in value. There is no disturbing sound of cars running in the middle of the night. There is enough parking, plenty of space, spacious rooms, clean mattresses, no dust mites. The pillows are the best. Pay attention. No snoring. The bathroom is clean. The water flow isn't too strong. But got warm water throughout the line. The welcoming staff were very hospitable. Pour out all the stars at this price, it's very good.

Going to contact the accommodation during the day, the receptionist is not very welcoming. Staying on the 3rd floor, the water pressure is weak. At night, someone comes to use the key to enter the room and may be misunderstood. And in the morning when we were leaving to return, we saw that there was a key on the fire escape below. Fortunately, nothing happened. Advantages: spacious room, cheap price

Positive: price (350 baht no breakfast), quite clean. Negative: staff (lazy, not warm welcoming at all), weak water pressure from the taps (third floor), noisy (walls and floors thin), guests impolite slammed doors anytime, steep stairs no lift, barking dogs underneath the room windows, idiot man lighted a fire beside the hotel making heavy smoky all the surrounds for hours. In few words it's not suitable for westerners.
