We spent a night at Gästehaus Kloep in Hillesheim during our Eifelsteig hike between etappes 8 and 9. Friendly welcome, comfortable room and bed, good breakfast and service. Excellent value for money and recommended.

The guest house is very centrally located and we received a very friendly welcome. The equipment is simple. Unfortunately the mattress was very soft and we had the feeling of “falling into the depths”. Delicious: homemade yogurt and jam. Otherwise everything was clean and tidy.

Our comfort room and bathroom were simple, clean, bright and spacious. The room faced the street. We were happy about the bottle of water in the room. We can't say anything about breakfast because we had breakfast opposite. Price/performance ratio was right. We will definitely come back for one or two nights.

The room was simply furnished, but the bed was comfortable. The WiFi was not good and there is no parking directly at the house. When we asked, we were given a free parking space right around the corner. We only found the entrance to the guesthouse when we asked, otherwise the service was friendly and it seemed very familiar. The breakfast was good, unfortunately there were no vegan alternatives.

After requesting, we got a room at the back, on the back side of the main street. The breakfast was lovingly prepared, with freshly prepared fruit salad and everything a hiker's heart desires. Thank you for the good support and the nice conversation.

With two couples we were friends with, we booked 3 double rooms with breakfast for a crime weekend. When we arrived we were warmly welcomed by the couple who run the hotel. The rooms have more of an Eifel country charm, but they are very clean and we slept excellently in the modern box spring beds.The breakfast was very rich and with regional products. We were treated to homemade jams and fresh scrambled eggs and were allowed to sit and relax long after we had actually returned the keys. Thanks for the nice time.

A nice hotel! Well suited for an overnight stay between Eifelsteig stages 8 and 9. We received a warm welcome, the room was very clean and the breakfast was also good. We felt very comfortable! Thank you!
