A charming hotel, well cared for, renovated and very nice. The village is like a Christmas movie. Also, the service was perfect, we arrived a little late and the gentleman waited for us. Breakfast very good, with freshly baked bread. Undoubtedly a discovery. I am very happy to have stayed here. If we are ever in the area, we will stay here again. 10/10

The price was a bit much for the quality of food. It seems to be billed as something more upscale - the decor and prices spoke this, but the food did not. No lights, plain food, but friendly service.

The rooms are still quite new and functionally well furnished.The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good and rich.The price-performance ratio is very good. WiFi works well.The location is especially great for Eifelsteig hikers and people looking for peace and quiet.The kitchen deserves special mention. The boss cooks himself and does it excellently!!

First of all, about myself, I have been traveling for over 20 years and I know about 1000 hotels by now and have never experienced such an audacity:I was a guest in this house from the 19th to the 20th of August. I found out at home that the invoice had a mistake in the company name. When I asked to change it, I was told by phone in a somewhat grumpy manner that he couldn't get up now because he was having breakfast ( Nobody asked for this either) and I should send him an email so far so good, but unfortunately I couldn't find the email on the hotel websiteAfter calling again I was bluntly told that he had already told me over the phoneSo I sent my email asking for the change. Since I still didn't have an answer the next day, I tried again by phone, the same man on the phone angrily explained to me that I had been too cheeky and had become abusive and personal (which wasn't the case). Truth corresponds!! ) really unbelievable he ended the conversation with I could talk to him and I could also write it in the rating and he would answer accordingly and just hung up.And even though the conversation was actually calm and objective, you are insulted and insulted incredibly

The website and reality do not match. Shower was cold, the heat was only adjusted after asking. You close at 8 p.m., while the website says 9 p.m. You are burying your heads in the sand, also heard from local residents
