We had an excellent experience at Hotel Casa Verde. We planned our wedding at their restaurant and our guests stayed there for the weekend. The service was great from the beginning. They made everything easy for us, planning the menu and the party. They are such a warm family and highly dedicated to hospitality. The food was abundant and so delicious!! From the finger food up to the main dishes. It is well located if you want an experience close to the mosell vineyards.

We had an amazing welcome. The room was very big, cozy and comfortable. We came by motorcycle and the host gave us a good place to park. We arrived late about 8 pm but that was no problem. The restaurant had very good food and the breakfast the next morning was tasty and gave us many options.

We just celebrated our wedding at Hotel Casa Verde, and it was nothing short of perfect. After months of searching for the ideal venue, we discovered this family-owned gem with its charming Spanish vibe. We were initially uncertain if they could meet our expectations, given our modest budget, but from the moment we met Katharina, we knew we were in good hands.Katharina welcomed us with open arms and handled every detail with care and creativity. She and her team transformed the hotel into a stunning setting with beautiful decorations, thoughtfully arranged tables, and dedicated spaces for souvenirs, cake, and our DJ. We brought some of our own decorations, and the hotel owners helped us seamlessly integrate them to match the ambiance. For the food, we trusted Katharina's recommendations for the starters and opted for their suggested paella as the main dish. As someone with a Spanish background, I was ready to be critical of the paella, but time constraints meant we had to rely on their expertise without a prior tasting. To our delight, the starters were incredible—spring rolls with a delectable sauce, bacon-wrapped dates that vanished in minutes, a variety of salads, cheeses, and more. The highlight was Oli, the owner and chef, preparing a huge paella in the BBQ area. Watching the paella being cooked while we enjoyed drinks and dancing added an authentic Spanish touch to the celebration. The paella was absolutely delicious, exceeding all our expectations. Our guests were full of praise for the food and the chef's skills. The entire celebration was a resounding success. The family atmosphere created by Hotel Casa Verde's owners perfectly complemented our gathering, making everyone feel at home. The food was exceptional, and the hospitality extended to accommodating all our guests in their cozy rooms. They even ensured priority for those staying longer, adding to the overall trouble-free and familiar experience. We are immensely grateful to the family and staff of Hotel Casa Verde for making our wedding day unforgettable. Their dedication, warmth, and attention to detail created a fantastic experience that we will cherish forever. If you're looking for a venue that offers great food, a welcoming environment, and excellent service, look no further than Hotel Casa Verde.

Friendly service and spacious but simple rooms. On weekends there can be parties downstairs which can be noisy and can cause the restaurant to be closed and breakfast late. But there is a good Italian restaurant next to the hotel. Breakfast is also quite basic, but good for the money!

This is a great hotel for visiting the Trier area by car since it is a few miles from the Porta Nigra and walking district. We had a two bedroom, ground floor set of rooms and it was perfect for us. …

We enjoyed a dinner here. The tapas was really delicious and excellent for sharing. The steak was perfect tender and both the local wine and beer was great. We highly recommend this place to anyone who enjoy good Mediterranean food.

Reasonable prices, clean rooms, dinner is very good but a little pricy. They have about 4 parking spots which are often full. The owner is nice and communicative. Only bad thing I can say is that the housekeeper starts working at 10am and will wake you up, even on a Sunday.Overall it's a nice location, close to Trier but you'll probably need a car to get around.

Lovely, comfortable rooms. Modern wet room. Separate room for the kids. Friendly staff, lovely food. The restaurant seemed popular with locals and was busy. Biggest, best Continental breakfast I've ever had.|Shame the restaurant and bar closed at 9 and no other local bars.
