Overall we enjoyed our stay.Bed was extremely comfortable as were the pillows.Shower had great pressureBreakfast was simple but had all the important items & I LOVED the coffee.The staff was friendly and helpful.Location is perfect right in the center of town. It's a bit tricky to find the front entrance as it's actually behind the "main entrance" on the main road. Plenty of parking.I reduced one star because we had to sleep with our window open as there was no AC. It wasn’t hot out, but it was warm. Not sure if they have window units for the summer and had already removed it. Since our room was facing the street, it was noisy with an open window. If I were to visit in the summer, I'd definitely inquire about an AC unit for the room.

Unique in bad service; canceled our, email confirmed, reservation. We were already close to Bitburg when they called to apologize that there was not room any more “due to a mistake on their side”. Alternative lodging was offered but nothing in compensation for the inconvenience. I never had anything like this before and believe it’s bad manners to cancel this late, but moreover not to help overcome our discomfort.

Rooms are bit small, location is very good, room service ladies were very friendly (Portuguese and Italian).If you don't want to get up early so try to make sure then because we couldn't sleep well because of church bills.

The staff were helpful and the hotel easy to find with parking to the rear. Clean large newer style rooms. We had beer in the beer garden and also an evening meal (lovely steaks). Central location. Has a lift and central stairs. Would use again.

Good location for a stop between the Channel and Italy. Nice guys and gals staffing the hotel. Beds in the room had plastic under sheets on which are uncomfortable and the room smelt of frying breakfast in the morning, not nice. Sunday breakfast is an institution with the locals but too much for us.

Good location, friendly staff, rooms are UK Travelodge quality. Access to their parking is via the large public car park nearby. We arrived on Halloween and as roads were shut and both Car Parks packed it made it much harder to find in the dark than it usually is, as Bitburg generally is a VERY quiet town.

Good modern room with more counter space than usual and excellent shower.||Excllent breakfast and conveniently situated. Plenty of on-site parking. Conveniently||located, although unusal entrance, behind a bar, so we nearly missed it.
