We booked a hotel room with free wifi and cable tv. ( They had no wifi in the hotel and no cable tv. ) When i ask, why they advertise on the booking the room with free wifi and cable tv the receptionist said: "This is not our problem" This Hotel is a scamming Hotel. So never go to this place.

Pros: Really excellent service. The staff is friendly, helpful and so professional and accommodating. The rooms are large, clean and adult beds are comfortable (we stayed in a family room for 4; 2 adults and 2 kids). The breakfast was great with a good variety. The place is clean. Our pup also liked it! Nice fluffy towels with real washcloths(very unusual for Europe) small thing but cool for us! Blackout shades are nice. Big Emma restaurant is next door but we didn’t try it so no comment on that!Cons: Kids (taller and bigger than average) had to share a bed and it was too small and much too hard but we managed somehow because that’s all they had. No bathtub but shower was still nice with great water pressure. Noise from other loud guests at night (screaming baby) and in the early morning walking past the room(not really hotel’s fault). Range down the street a bit annoying!Overall, we liked and enjoyed it so yes we’ll return.

Room had dog hair under the bee. The walls and doors were dirty, the shower head requires attention, there's a funky odor in the hallway and rooms. Not sure what that odor was about, but has to be addressed.The workers in my opinion shouldn't smoke by the entrance door. With every puff of the cigarette the smoke rolls down the hallway..Big Emma restaurant was okay...Enjoy your stay.

Dog making tons of noise all night kept my family from sleeping. Put towels under the door, didn't help as door is very thin. Told staff before they left, simply said they would call their boss. Water in shower backs up at the drain. Refrigerator barely cools, with broken shelf broken in the middle. Stairs and hallways dirty like they haven't been cleaned in sometime. They tried to put us in a wrong room and then charge us extra for the amount of beds we need. Very expensive for one night. Won't visit this place again.

I was on a road trip through Germany/France and needed to wash clothes so I stayed here. Very nice room with lots of fans/hangers and they had washer/dryer on-site so I could wash my clothes. The restaurant they are connected to is amazing with their own roasted coffee and homemade dishes.

Great location, only complaint is no railing on windows to open all the way to let in fresh air with pets in the room, can deal with no AC but not being able to open window is rough where the shingle heat just goes straight back in the room. Staff is awesome, breakfast is good enough to make sure I go down before closing. Overall a good place to stay.
