Great experience; nice room, very helpful personnel; we have been coming here now for several years and never had a bad experience; it is a simple yet functioning place with everything available to make a stay comfortable; for us this is just the perfect place when we are in Mannheim, central yet with a suburban atmosphere. We will definitely be back for more visits.

Apartinn Hotel & Apartments is a very comfortable hotel with lots of facilities in the hotel. 7 mins walk to central Mannheim Train station, with possibilities of taking the Tram. Rooms are big enough and ideal for picnic or business purposes. Hotel is centrally located in Mannheim and has a natural park for Jogging hiking or walking along the river Rhein with a lot of natural surroundings. You have the option to cook your own breakfast, Lunch and dinner. Shopping - Yes girls love it! - Shopping malls are within the reach 10 minutes with Trams.Heidelberg is just 30 mins away from hotelIf you need anything the hotel reception is very friendly & supportive to provide you with all facilities.I will definitely recommend Apartinn, colodging & bed and breakfast if you are planning for a picnic, vacation or a business trip in Mannheim/Heidelberg.

I came as a stranger and left as a friend.The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, and the cleanliness leaves nothing to be desired.Some people don't appreciate it, but they will always find something that doesn't suit them.Because negative thinking never brings anything positive!I would like to say thank you again for the great and certainly not the last stay.

Very conveniently located, about 10 minutes walk to Mannheim main station. The staff is very, very friendly, helpful and competent. The rooms are clean and nicely furnished. The only drawback I had: there are no rooms with private bathrooms. But that's a matter of taste.

I was debating whether to give it five stars or not. But if you take everything into account, including the price/performance ratio, then five stars are appropriate.For €49, a room on the fourth floor without a lift in a quiet residential area, just under 1km from the train station.The bathroom and toilet are shared with two other rooms. There is a kitchen for shared use, Senseo coffee machine available and everything is quite tidy (windows could use some cleaning 😎).A futon bed (it's quite low and not super soft), desk, armchair, closet and television. So everything you need.In the bathroom there is a shower in the bathtub (since my wife fell out of one, I'm a bit ambivalent about it, even though it's perfect for just washing my hair), and the toilet is in a separate room.The reception was super friendly and very helpful in advance, so it couldn't be better. Payment in advance (cash) makes handing over the key in the morning uncomplicated - just throw it in and go 😁

Professionally managed apartment house. The room was always very well maintained during my stay and I was helped with a special request (composing a breakfast) at the reception. A big compliment to the friendly ApartInn team in Mannheim!

We had been looking for a long time for an apartment in the neighborhood where we could accommodate our guests with a clear conscience. We finally ended up at ApartInn in the Lindenhof in Mannheim. A stylish house in a good neighborhood with the Rhine and the squares, both of which can be easily reached on foot. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our booking at short notice because our guests would have come from Barcelona, which had recently been declared a risk area. Despite the unpleasant reason for the resulting cancellation, the service was quick, friendly, understanding and surprised us with generous goodwill. With all of this, we have been confirmed in our decision to choose the ApartInn Mannheim. We now hope that the Corona crisis will end soon and look forward to being able to accommodate our guests there.
