The rooms were outdated, but they were fine. They were very hot when we got there, and we couldn't get them cols anymore so sleeping was horrible. They prepared out breakfast but they were good. …

First of all, we arrived late before 10 in the evening so there was noone at the reception. We called the owner on the phone and he said he had left a key at the back door in a key box.We started searching for the key. There were more doors …

The bedroom and bathroom were really very rustic and already quite old. Tiles and balcony ceilings were coming loose on the balcony; The smoke detector in the room was stuck on with scotch tape.Single glazed window; but then with natural air circulation. The breakfast was rich, extensive and good!In summary, the price was very excessive at around 140.00 euros for 2 people / 1 night!

Really very rustic! I think the price is too high for the room.Shower very narrow, shower head doesn't stay up, no hairdryer. Only sparse light in the bathroom, but no blinds or curtains, so showering in the dark in the evening is not recommended, as there is a full view of the bathroom/shower from opposite.Bed okay. Still far too expensive. Breakfast then costs extra. I don't think I'll book here again.Too bad.

We were there for the lion festival and were warmly greeted. The rooms are totally fine and above all clean. It's simple, but that's exactly what makes the Palatinate so rustic. We would come again.Short additional information: My girlfriend forgot her earring there and the innkeeper kindly sent it to us by post.

The rooms were ok, but a bit old. The outside of the house is in or about to be renovated, so the room price tended to be ambitious. The common room was nice and you could meet up for a drink in the evening. The breakfast was good and rich.Excursion tips from the landlord were great.Payment “only” cash or EC was also ok. Was told that you could prepare for it.

Not very inviting. Very run down house and poorly renovated rooms. Not very hospitable host. We paid over €100 for a room without breakfast. This is absolutely unacceptable for the condition of this “hotel”.No credit cards. The innkeeper also tells adventurous stories about €8 fees and weeks of waiting for money.

Unpleasant house. The landlord is greedy for money. Over €100! for an amateurishly renovated room in a run-down house is completely overpriced. Not very friendly host. There was no Pfalzcard. …

Be careful if you have to cancel at short notice due to illness, there is no waiver. Full fees are due. They are also not prepared to show goodwill. The credit card will be charged immediately. Not recommended.
