To be fair, this is not a high four stars but the location is great in Bretzeheim, which in turn is nicely located to explore Nahe wineries, the room was nicely sized, in good condition and clean.||Largest minus: no Internet. …

Completely meets expectations. Motorcycles are parked safely and dry in the courtyard. Unfortunately, the associated restaurant is leased externally due to a lack of staff and did not quite meet our expectations. The hotel will definitely be visited again between overnight stays.

Rustic hotel with a lot of charm. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The staff were more than friendly and extremely helpful. The food in the attached restaurant was very good and very reasonably priced.I found it remarkable that there was almost no trash at breakfast (which is really good). Others are welcome to learn a lesson from this.So I would choose this hotel every time I'm in the area.

Three stars in a Google review doesn't have to be bad if the price is right and you know what you want. The rooms were simple, spacious and fine. Everything is a bit old, but there is no mold or other things that would spoil your stay. In summary: Simple, rustic and slightly outdated.

A hotel a bit far from the beaten track, but OK. With an attached pizzeria, that's not bad. Drinks could be taken from a refrigerator for a fee at any time of the day or night. There were enough parking spaces and free of charge. The rooms were also clean, nothing to complain about. But unfortunately here's the big but. The mattresses were rock hard, a challenge for people with healthy backs. Personally, what annoyed me the most was that after you wake up with terrible back pain, you can't take a hot shower to rehabilitate yourself, because the water gets lukewarm at most. That was the knockout for me to stay here again in the future. In principle everything was fine, but unfortunately it was a disaster for my needs when it came to the mattress and the shower. Nevertheless, all the best to the team from Hotel Grüner Baum.

Rooms are very old. Shower only a little water, but not drained. Reception not occupied. Good breakfast. All in all, for the price and for our purposes, it was ok this time
