Many of the rooms are getting old, I was lucky enough to get a room with a renovated bathroom, but unfortunately the rain shower was so calcified that it can only be used with the hand shower. The walls are very thin and there is no real soundproofing. Breakfast is acceptable. However, going to reception surprised me negatively. The hotel is required to pay the tourist tax in cash on the grounds that it is a recurring item. This is very unusual, as other hotels across Europe have always allowed me to pay the spa fees together with the overnight stay.

Simple hotel in sleepy Walluf, rooms were well and simply furnished, bed was very good, breakfast was ok with room for improvement. What I would also say for the entire accommodation.

Very nice, rustic, slightly more upscale restaurant and a small but fine menu with a good selection. The quality and taste of the food was very good, and we ordered a lot of things from the menu. So when it comes to food, it’s definitely worth recommending. What was a real shame was the hospitality. We reserved a table for a special occasion that wasn't even slightly prepared, although a few nicely folded napkins or something similar would certainly have been enough. We were greeted with the fact that unfortunately there were not enough menus for everyone and that we should please share them. Afterwards drinks were taken and some drinks were only brought on the third request. The food was then served, which led to confusion as dishes were suddenly called out that weren't even on the menu. Venison fillet became lamb fillet, goose breast became duck breast. It's a shame, considering that the menu is very small and rather a bit more upscale. Unfortunately, at the end the wines were mixed up and there seemed to be no knowledge whatsoever. We would therefore not come back and would advise against celebrating a special occasion here.

Tiny rooms, renovation backlog, smells like sweaty feet, room noisy, location with traffic noise on the main street, bathroom from the 70s, super narrow, look at the room before booking! No advertising for the region!

The hotel is simply furnished, but absolutely clean. The breakfast was good and plentiful. However, we booked for a larger group and couldn't have breakfast together on the second morning because we missed the fact that there were twenty of us and not just eight. Unfortunately, when asked, they only said that they were not responsible for it...despite repeated suggestions, no attempt was made to find a solution. A pity
