What a great experience. Very pleasant and obviously happy staff. So efficient in the everything they did and nothing was too much trouble. From the point of checking in to checking out (5 days on business) the food, meals, room and service was second to none. The gentlemen behind the bar (10 years service) is a fantastic ambassador for the hotel and so enthusiastic. The management must have something right, and as such the staff deliver customer delight.

This is a rather unusual place! More like a conference centre with rooms than a hotel. It is very spread out, it even has two reception areas at opposite ends of the building. Great location close to the Autobahn. …

We came a group of big family and stayed in the apartment hotel part, not in the main building. The place was dirty like they didn’t clean it with vacuum cleaner in a while. Part of the rooms we received in the beginning were very smelly by mold / cigarettes. The service was good and nice and showed us multiple room for exchange. We had like 10 or more big spiders in the room with multiple webs in every corner, when we asked to clean it came a worker with a towel, day later we asked to clean the room but some of the spider webs still there when we came back. Additionally, the apartment rooms are with a small kitchen and somehow they asked for extra charge on the use of the kitchen although nothing was told us regarding this issue when we checked in.

Very good Hotel for business meetings and business travelers. Less recommended for holiday travelers. Wellness area small and not up to date, gym is missing. Restaurant prices more suited for biz traveler.

Nice hotel but: - they refused to turn the sauna on in the morning hours. The sauna is only on at 5pm. As I had meeting on the afternoon, it was not possible for me. I tried to use the pool but it was cold. - the breakfast is ridiculous. Only a few options. - The restaurant for dinner has only 3 options on the menu. In general I do not recommend the hotel. For business conference it good, very spacious but for relax is not a good idea.

I stayed at the apartments which was a great value. All the amenities you need for a long term stay plus free bicycles. Loved the balcony and the quiet location. I had lunch only once at the hotel and the food was very expensive and very disappointing. Wilted salad and stale bread. Other than that, I look forward to returning!

I have been staying in this hotel in and off for a number of years now. The rooms are always clean and the staff are always attentive. The restaurant also serves great food and the beers are always cold. …

Please take care when booking. The apartment building is quite a stretch away and you can’t tellen if you are booked there. Apartment room was ok, but needs some freshening up. …
