1. Positive:a. AC coldb. Soft spring bedc. Clean bed sheets & pillowsd. Doesn't smell2. Negative:a. Unprofessional- There is no telephone number that can be contacted- There is no one to greet you(Open and close the fence yourself, arrange your own parking)- The room layout does not match the photob. The room floor was very dirty, including the toilet tooc. The bathroom water is very small & smells strongd. There is no TV or WiFie. There is no welcome drink/snackf. Towels, soap, shampoo, etc. are not provided

OYO signs are removed if they no longer cooperate.Very bad serviceDirty room, smells of urine, lots of rubbish in the bathroom.The AC looks like an AC that is no longer suitable for useThere are no guards. So it's difficult to get the car in and out and have to get off.If you order this accommodationAt least don't pay online. Because the location was rejected 🤣.

apparently it doesn't have an operational permit, the service is bad, the rooms are not well maintained, the AC is noisy, the water is colored, yes, if there is a guest book, please attach photos of guests from the last 2 years, if not, the current manager is the one who is lying, I'll check the permits too, right? a.n the manager.. "The owner was asked to pay to the manager whose KTP manager he lived at at OYO and he didn't pay for years, that's hilarious for you."

I gave it one star because my friend who went there was cheated. It's better to try to input reviews from customers to receive them and use them as performance evaluation material so that they remain trustworthy and customers don't give up🙏 because if you ask people to make good comments using a fake account, it will give the impression that they don't want to be blamed, hopefully it can be used as material for management evaluation🙏

Your service is really bad, it's not appropriate for this hotel to operate. If you don't receive it online, it will be taken care of immediately in the application. On Google maps you can also set it so that people can see "not accepting online". Oh well how come. There are lots of reasons, tok isone cong cong, I called the CS of the application and they immediately responded, but instead they said they were not responding regarding the disconnection. It's not clear, blas cong cong. Hilarious hotel 🤣👍🏻
