This is a large and impressive hotel in the centre of the town with a public car park opposite. The rooms were generously proportioned and clean with a good sized ensuite with a bath with shower over. …

The staff in this hotel is very disappointing. The staff in the restaurant was abysmal during dinner service but, especially during the breakfast service. I have never seen such a waiting staff who didn't want to be there as much as this.Breakfast was until 10:30am and we arrived at 10am, all the tables were already cleaned from all the cutlery despite there still being many people there. We sat down at an empty table with our food from the buffet and there wasn't anyone to be found for cutlery so I ate 2 cold eggs with a tea spoon and paid 16€ for that...Complained later at the reception at check out but they clearly weren't trained on how to handle complaints and didn't do anything about about or even an apology. It sounds petty but when I look at how much money I paid for this hotel it doesn't feel all that petty anymore. Also this hotel doesn't have air-conditioning which I knew beforehand but I do find it strange how such a 'fancy' hotel at the very least doesn't provide every room standard with a fan.

Stayed at the Parkhotel Kurhaus for 3 nights. The location is super central, the parking lot is right opposite. The staff and service staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are well equipped and I liked the underfloor heating in the shower and toilet area. The WiFi worked consistently and the Samsung flatscreen had all the necessary programs. The breakfast and dinner were very good. The only drawback was the lack of a lounger in the sauna. If four people are scheduled to use the sauna for 90 minutes, four loungers should also be available.

Hotel has been renovated recently. This was my second time here but also the last. It’s really a pity bar only opens at 7 pm… such a big hotel and no bar… and the Thermen - actually a bit outdated and small

The hotel is ok. Good atmosphere and nice apartments. Pool is ok. Not much of a "heal paradise" as they like to present themselves but generally ok. Drinks were really good. General bar experience was awesome as they had a very good musician playing and singing. Restaurant was fine and the price was fair. However, the breakfast was way too poor. I mean, very very disappointing. Not only the quality and variety of the food but the internal organisation of the service. I got the impression that they have no leader. When the food run out it took decades for them to bring more. The bread seemed old. Orange juice (the only one they had) was poor. No still water. Scrambed eggs looked more like an egg cake. I could keep mentioning more and more items and facts regarding the breakfast experince that definetely didn't match the general quality of the hotel and its price.

Worst service I ever experienced, reception barely speaks German and is super slow. WAY OVERPRICED for the little it has to offer. The SPA is a disaster, not worth visiting (3 small pools filled with pensioners). The windows are old and you can hear evrything (staff yelling outdoors at night)

Old vintage style hotel with wonderful atmosphere! Beautiful grounds with grass, flowers, trees walkways surrounding it everywhere as well as a river on one side! The rooms were very nice and comfortable! The buffet breakfast had way more then you could eat everyday and was delicious! Our only negative would be no A.C. but we happened to be there in extra hot weather! Definitely would stay again!

I stayed at this hotel for one night for a luxury wellness package. I found it to be fantastic, the room was beautiful, big and clean and has a magnificent view. The mini bar was empty, which I found unaccustomed, but there was the possibility to call for room service in case of any need. The food offered that day for dinner was buffet and there was a big amount of variety to choose from and everything was very delicious. The staff is very kind, professional and helpfull. The hotel seems to be a historic place since many presidents from many nations have visited it in the past, which is super interesting. Also the hotel is located next to the thermal Swimmingpools and a beautiful park and nature. This seems to be the place to be to relax, recover your mental and Foai al health and just enjoy life.

Hotel is amazing, well located, nice decoration, very beautiful, very friendly and helpful staff, amongst many other pros. One massive (IMO)issue in the summer: no air conditioners in the rooms and thousands of bugs enter the room when you open the window (hotel is close to the river).Haven’t been there in the winter but I believe it must be really pleasant. It’s a good hotel but it was hot like hell

Firstly, the outside is an picture of grandeur, a red carpet cascading down stone steps up into the main foyer. Set in a sleepy town, it gives off the impression of a time forgotten suddenly thrust into the 21th century but without the inconveniences.I was in room 132 which was a good sized two person room. The beds were EXTREAMLY comfortable and the pillows were very nearly stolen as they were so heavenly !Complimentary robes bevome vital as you make your way to the wellness pool next door. Free entry with a wave of your door key, it features three pools of salted water, with jets and nozzles to press tight muscles against. Open to all from small children to old timers.Morning buffet reminds you of a small banquet with everything that anyone could ever want. Ranging from a cooked meal of eggs and bacon, vegetable based cuisine that had a Mediterranean feel or a more traditional continental with croissants and cereals. All washed down with juice coffee and tea.My only issue comes, as ever, from looking abit too closely. The bath room was a great example. The shower head had nozzles that fired in multiple directions as if partily blocked and there were gaps and holes around the edges of fittings, drains that looked dusty. Its small things that ultimately just distracts you rather than ruining the experience entirely. In all a good hotel that I would stay at again, a fantastic view and an even better bed!
